Friendly and fast, but $5+ for hot chocolate is getting a little overboard.

Ill be going to starbucks for now on! Had a very rude cashier today at 8:15am!! I told her twice i didn't want my bagel toasted and when i got my bagel it was toasted! When i told her again i asked for it not to be toasted she ripped the bag out of my hand in the drive thru and gave me a stale nasty bagel! If i ever acted Like this once at either job i have id be fired on the spot!! You just lost a long time perks member!

This location needs serious help. Have gone many times hoping it will be different, wait time is ridiculous even if you are the only car in the drive through. Today I ordered a large iced coffee was handed a medium. I mistakenly stated is that a large? the guy said it appears to be a medium..I then added I ordered a large, his response was he couldn't find the button..um what? I then stated you couldn't find "the button" so you just made whatever you wanted? He then just looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. Staff needs better training or atleast ask for help NOT tell the customer "couldn't find the button". I hope this fella found what he was looking for and didn't tell other customers the same thing.

A while back I ordered a drink light ice and they gave my extra ice instead. Last time I went there I ordered ice on a separate cup. The guy making the drink then adds ice to the cup and the drink. I told him I wanted it on the side and he very rudely told the cashier there's a button for that. Also, I sat at the bar area and the machines were very dirty!

Every week I meet a friend here and am always greeted with a smile. They seem happy and eager to please. My drink order is always yummy !

Each employee here does things differently. Your drink will range from very bold to very milky, even when it's the same order through several years. I don't think they could consistently get a drink right of their job depended on it.

Like all the Caribous I've been to. This one seemed a bit more chaotic but it was busy. The service was nice and pleasant. I had a coke and a bagel so... I'd go back.

Had a big pre order of 11 unique drinks. The workers were absolutely amazing and had amazing attitudes. Everything was perfect, I just wish I would have tipped more!

There are certain individuals at this location that should not work the drive thru. They cannot multitask. As I pull into the drive thru in the AM, it is very apparent within the first 2 minutes that one of them is working the drive thru. I have been in a drive thru for well over 10 min before when there was only 1 other car in front of me when I pulled in...

Nitro turtle mochas never seem to taste right and who throws out the bakery items 25mins before close and tells their customer they “work fast”?
