Caribou Coffee

Seriously DO NOT use the drive thru if you are in a hurry. I have sat in line here for 20 minutes at the drive thru without even moving. They never take my payment right away and make me sit there with the window down wondering if they even remembered I am there. They are often rude when they do finally get to me. Do my recommend this caribou at all. Actually have started going to Starbucks because this caribou pisses me off so much. And I've been a loyal caribou customer for 4 years. But this caribou is the absolute worst.

I think its absurd to for you to ask for gratuity charges,,flat out pan handling,,,if you dont tip you dont get your coffee bean with a mocha,, shame on you caribou.... give me a dollar just for getting one of your expensive coffees

Nice place, except for the fact that I ordered a medium ice Carmel high rise with little ice. They forgot the light on the ice part. So they dumped out some of my drink and about an inch and a half of coffee was missing. I didn't pay to get my drink put down the drain

I like that they are open for inside and outside dining.. they have distances their tables. Each table has a card with instructions to return the card to the staff when you leave so they can disinfect everything...just in case, y'know...

I love caribou coffee drinks but this drive thru drives me crazy. Its always busy and makes it to traffic can not even flow for other businesses in the area. I may have to give up my morning caribou coffee because the quick pit stop is taking far too long.

Disgusting staff. New girl did not hear me over the intercom and got mad when I wanted to confirm there was honey in my tea soon as she handed me the drink. She took at least 5 minutes to put honey in the tea. I finally peered in to see what was taking so long and saw her LEAN OVER the drink and she was laughing for some reason. She agressively handed me the drink and I called corporate only to be told that they watched the cameras and can assure she did not spit in the drink, yet did not know why she leaned over it and what was taking so long. Shady district manager, shady service.

Drive through staff efficient and pleasant.

Although the drive thru is difficult to maneuver, I've always had top notch service at this Caribou! The staff is friendly, the never forget to ask for my Perks, and my drink is always correct. Thanks for always smiling!
