Caribou Coffee

Been here twice. Once before a big camping trip and once as I was just driving through. Nice service both times. Campfire mocha is the best drink from caribou. First trip I got a bag of coffee and the lady at the counter ground it up for me. I usually like to grind myself but didn't have a hand grinder for the camping trip. Very nice. Second time I got s sandwich. It kind of fell apart when the dude at the oven pulled it out but that was not totally his fault, he put it back together and it was still fine. Overall good trips. I will come back to this caribou whenever I'm going through this area

This is usually the caribou I visit when I want coffee. The staff here is super nice and friendly. However, I can't justify more than a 3 star rating since tipping in the drive-thru was implemented. My order tends to be the same and is a regular menu item. Since they began asking for tips in the drive-thru I've noticed the drinks are made with less attention to detail. Sometimes the quality can be comparable to Dunkin, which is cheaper. I tend to tip every time because the window service is great, but then there's ingredients missing from my drink which ruins the overall experience.

I waited 30 min for my drink. The drive thru and 6 other people behind me recieved their drinks. I went to the counter to ask about my drink and the manager said we don't have that order. Do you have a receipt I said no but I just ordered it an can show you my bank account. I was told I would need a receipt or reorder and I couldn't get a refund.

I always come to this caribou because it has a drive thru. They have the best customer service and they are always quick. They also always have doggo treats

Ordered a blended vanilla white mocha. Drink seemed correct until I got down the road and had a mouth full of coffee grounds. Was undrinkable and didn't have time to go back and ask for a replacement. Likely gonna skip this location in the future. Unacceptable for a $6 cup of coffee.

UPDATE: I Emailed customer relations at that email address provided and have not heard anything back. It is 3 weeks later...

Went to pick up 1 coffee order that had been placed 15 minutes prior. Had three employees working and waited for 15 minutes with no coffee. They were doing everything else besides making my coffee. I was shocked. I literally just walked out. Call my bank for failure to provide services. 30 minutes and three people can't make 1 single coffee. Something is seriously wrong with this place. I was polite and everything.

I avoid this location as much as possible. They are so demanding on the tips it makes me feel uncomfortable. Even when you pay with a card they are watching over you to see what button for the tip you are pressing.

Fast, friendly service. Really chill, woodsy atmosphere. Comfy indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks made to perfection. What more could you ask for?

So my wife just got home and this is what she got after paying 20.10 for 4 drinks. After asking if they were going to fill her cup she was told to have a nice day and the window was shut on her.

The drinks and food is good but the service is very slow. The person taking order barley knew what’s in stock and the baristas forgot our order. Very poor service
