Service good, items as expected. However, the drive-thru menu is poorly positioned. Perpendicular to the lane and unreadable until you are next to it. Drivers are careening their neck looking up and auto passengers are unable to read the board.

Not bad! I liked the fact that there is indoor seating. The coffee is always great! My favorite is a chi tea with skim. Iced or hot!

Better service than the one on Main Street in Anoka BY FAR. Way cleaner as well. The employees are really nice and they make sure they have your order right the first time rather than 3 times later! Thank you guys for genuinely caring and not screwing up my order three times in a row, like the Anoka one did.
This location is bigger and also has a lot of seating availability.

This used to be my go to Caribou but the way I was treated today I won't be back. I do not ever post reviews but I cannot hold back on this. I am no one special and do not expect a vip treatment but today I left there feeling like garbage. I picked up 2 bags of coffee and a depth charge and I upset everyone with my order. I had the 2 bags of coffee tossed at me and when I asked about my depth charge I angered everyone even more no smiles or thank you they could not get rid of me fast enough

Every time I come... the wait is long. But as a person who has worked fast food in the past I can tell you now that can be unavoidable and you really do have to keep in mind there are a lot of good reasons it could take a little longer. You will never find a more caring, compassionate, sweet staff. They more then make up for how busy they become just with their kind hearted smiles. Today, I experienced a woman being passive agressive to the staff about the wait. And I felt for the crew. The barista handled the situation beautifully even with the fluster of every going on. I want to commend them for their amazing efforts especially during this busy time of year. Keep up the fantastic job!!! You make amazing drinks that uplift. And your smile to boot is just as wonderful! And for those rude folks in a rush.... remember they are people as well with lives and feelings and they are amazing so take care to be mindful. Otherwise I hope karma bites you right in the bum.

Half the time we get coffee here they screw up the order. Today my husband's hot caramel high rise was cold (how does that even happen??) and many other times in the past it's like they forget to add the espresso at all. We've had a lot of drinks that just taste like hot milk. At least they haven't screwed up the coolers yet when we go for a dessert on a hot day. This location is right next to our house and it's convenient but we might have to start going elsewhere. We called to complain to the manager today but I guess they're not in. We were told we could go back for replacements but what a pain, people don't always have the time to make up for your employees mistakes!

This store needs alot of training on how to make thier drinks. they are not consistant and mess up orders way too often. I will say the employees are pleasent to speak with however that is a small part of thier jobs. I go to this location at least 1 or 2 times a week and also go to many other locations throughout the twin cities. This location however has messed up on my fiances drink every time I have brought her there so now she refuses to go there and she used to work for another caribou in the cities. Also every time I order my Mint Condition Cooler the mints on top are in a pulverized powder form and not one chunk to be found. Every other caribou I go to has little chunks which makes the drink. The argument on using the bottom of the bag will not work for me because this is the case every week for the last 3 years that I have been going to that location. Someone there is crushing the mints. Lets work on consistency throughout the company.

I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews; however, I'm making the exception this time. The gypsy pregnant barista here is by far and away, and without a shadow of a doubt, the absolute worse barista I've ever seen.
We travel quite a bit and we've been to every state except a few, and to multitude of coffee shops across the nation, and we LOVE Caribou Coffee and take advantage of it every time we travel here. But also, we'd like to be treated with respect and dignity.
First off, she was behind the counter and no other customers were there, but when she saw us, she walked away from the counter to change the garbage! Then she approached the counter without washing her hands, and wouldn't even look at anyone nor say anything, just pretended nobody was there. Total disregard, no eye contact, and no Hi no thank you. Wow! Seriously?
We were a group of people and 4 orders weren't made correctly and half full. Besides my friend's coffee was burnt; cream and sugar couldn't mask the bad taste. Then no apology for her mistakes., but instead she raised her voice at two kids with us. She really needs to learn how to relax and manage her stress not to take it out on customers.
Caribou Coffee usually has calm and friendly baristas, as well as fast and courteous service. Not short tempered and incompetent one with Lack knowledge, and work ethics. As well as not capable of performing the main functions of the job.
What an unpleasant experience. This is my friends third bad experience here, so I guess it's not a fluke. My friends have refused to go there again, and I believe this will be my last visit.
