Caribou Coffee

A lot of recent negative reviews of this Caribou Coffee. I have been coming here infrequently for about two years now and have never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and it seems like they work their butts off.

The store is always very clean. It is a little cold here in the winter though. Today my drink was made before I was even done paying for the transaction.

I think the employees here do a fantastic job. Please keep up the good work.

Update 6/3/18: We regrettably stopped by this location one last time to grab a quick coffee before morning errands. There were no other cars there so there were certainly not busy. Not shockingly they got my order wrong (a small ice northern lite latte - right off the menu). They handed us two hot coffees at the window and when I told them one should be an iced latte, they "corrected" the order by pouring a hot coffee over ice and not adding syrup/sugar like they are supposed to. At this point I'd rather go to the McDonald's across the street for coffee.

Every time we come to this location drive thru there is a huge wait. Usually it isn't because there are many cars, it's typically because of incompetence on part of employees. We pulled up, ordered and after repeating ourselves several times they said to pull up to the window because they couldn't hear us. We pulled up to the window and waited almost ten minutes just for someone to come to the window and ask if we needed to place an order. Even then we had to repeat our order several times. The only redemption is that 9 out of 10 times they get the order right. I'm over the long wait and poor service so I'll just be going somewhere else from now on.

I went to this Caribou location yesterday with my daughter to get a Pumpkin spice latte and a cup of whip cream for her. When I made my order in the drive thru I had to repeat my drink order because the employee got it wrong the first time. I thought I solved the issue by repeating my drink order but when I got to the window, he gave me the wrong drink. He also forgot the whip cream cup for my daughter. So he had to remake my drink but forgot that I had asked for only 1 pump of the pumpkin puree. And I also got charged full price for a medium drink but the employee had told me I had a free size upgrade through the perks program. I didn't even realize it at the time until I checked my bank account later to see how much they charged me. I am usually a frequent customer but this experience makes me reconsider this store. I was very disappointed because I couldn't even enjoy my drink, it was way too sweet. Such a waste of $5.88..

Always fast and friendly haven't been there for like a month or so because of how cold it's been but on my breaks I love going there and picking up my mobile orders otherwise great space to do coffee dates and hangouts lobby is always clean definitely will come back for years to come

From working at a caribou myself, this location does not do a good job at customer service. The first time i wanted to use my points for a free item, and I told the lady that but she said I couldn’t use it because I didn’t say it at the menu. Then today, I forgot to say a drink that takes 3 seconds to make and I asked them to add it and she made me go all the way back around through the drive thru again just to get a drink that takes 3 seconds to make.

Busy but great coffee!

Update - 110220 this place has gone downhill. Staff is terrific. Tables and chairs are just thrown in the corners taking up valuable space in the shop for customers to meet. There are four tables. There could be 7 tables well spaced for safety. The manager should have done what other places have done. Get the extra furniture out and make it look welcoming. Used to be my favorite coffee shop. I will keep checking back. You are losing dine in business that other shops are appreciating.

Love my local caribou. Chai latte is my go to and it is always so yummy!

As a regular customer, perks member, and reasonable person...I can say this is by far the worst Caribou put there for experience with staff.

I do a lot of Google reviews....because I strongly believe in good experiences when you're spending your hard-earned money at any establishment. That bring said, I pride myself in being a very fair reviewer, always giving credit where it's due, but also calling out those that are NOT in business to cater to their customers.

I have been to many Caribou Coffees and each time I have visited this particular one, it has been either extremely slow, OR they treat you like you're a thorn in their side.

I'm not sure if it's a management issue, but I have been there a few times in the past few years, always with the same negative feeling when I leave.

Not sure what the other guys are doing differently, but you may want to take a good look at your current staff.

Luckily, I didn't catch this particular woman's name this time...but when I ask a clarifying question about something I'm ordering, spending my money on, and ultimately consuming....it would be nice to just get a pleasant response....verses judgment and hostility.

Figure it out.

Very disappointed I use to come to to this caribou every morning and they made my turtle mocha perfect today I bought two iced turtle mochas and it was white with chocolate on the bottom it literally tastes like milk I hope it was just someone getting trained in but I couldn’t believe it milk with chocolate on the bottom what it tastes and looks like.. not sure if I will be recommending this caribou anymore
