Always fast, fresh and friendly when Cam and Karen are there. You can expect a little wait on any other occasion. I give them five because the coffee is always fantastic! I’ve never had a complaint and frequent this place quite often. It’s so convenient to be right down the street from my university! I think they’re going to need to expand eventually! The meetings that are held there take up a lot of parking, and take away a large portion of the sitting area in the restaurant. Good luck coming in and finding a spot to study on those mornings - that’s in reference to the table and the parking lot!

This place is great. We live in Indiana and don't have this chain unfortunately but it made an impression on us while we were in Michigan. They introduced us to cream cheese on sausage ,egg, and cheese bagel. Blew our minds!! TRY IT

We generally hit this place during off season times. Been there many times and the orders have always been correct, even special orders. Bathrooms and facility are clean. It's location is just far enough from town to not be swamped but close enough to still walk where you need to. I would recommend this place.

Staff here is always fun to interact with. My last visit I ordered a custom drink and got double the flavor syrup just for asking. Great place for coffee if you've had a rough day.

Always super friendly service and a great selection of drinks. They are also willing to work with you and customize something for you. Biggby is also a strong community supporter. I just wish some of the seasonal roasts could be made year long.

Staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean. However, when making the frozen drinks, too much ice is used. I can suck all the favor gone and still have more than half a cup of ice left. A little less ice would be great.

There is always a friendly greeting, no matter which barrista are working. Love getting coffee and lattes here, a local chain store, but tastes great regardless. WiFi works well, comfortable setting and even has a bit of outdoor seating.

Good coffee that is located near work, nothing too special. The employees are very friendly and are very quick to make a drink. This location also ha a back room which is nice for group meetings away or for a quiet place away from home to get some work done.

Pretty happy with the service here most times but I tend to go in the mornings. Today I had to work but I wanted to stop and get a treat for my fur baby, they had pup cups which is supposed to be a milkbone and whipped cream. When I got home to let her have her treat I noticed after she had been eating on it that there was not a milk bone! I am not a very happy camper.

I've been here a few times in the last month or so, they always seem busy but get drinks out to customers in a reasonable amount of time. This place is a local favorite, you are bound to meet people from all over the area here. The staff work great together under pressure, and are generally busy and well mannered. The menu seems limited, because many items are not displayed. But you can order any standard drink. If you are a bit of a coffee connoisseur you'll be pleased to know they make a great ristretto macchiato. The place is nearly always clean, despite how busy they are. However only a few of the tables have access to power outlets, and at the time of this review they limit the use of their wifi to 2-hours. Overall definitely a solid 4.5 starts.
