BIGGBY COFFEE

Excellent customer service! (And of course I love the coffee and the vegan bragel too). I had lost my keys and this Biggby was one of my stops that day so I called here and was delighted to find out someone had turned them in! But even better, they offered to mail them back to me since I don't live nearby! Such a kind gesture and it really made my day!

We went here on April 2nd and the girl we placed our order with was very pleasant. Our drinks and bragels were very good as well! Plus our dogs received treats :)

20 min so far in the drive through and haven't even got to order, And I can't even change my mind and leave because there is no room..... 😐

When they are extremely busy with drive thru the walkin cashier standing around just talking could be assisting the other two girls one making drinks for walk in and drive thru and the other making sandwiches. With no other customers placing an order she could have assisted so the two of us inside didn't have to waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Too much chit chat causing them to walk to the back and distracting others from doing their job of getting our items made. Poor customer service.

Disappointed and done. The peppermint mocha didn’t have whip or the candy cane pieces like it used to and the cup was too flimsy. This is the only time of year I go to Biggby and I guess like lots of places, the quality decreased. Back to good ole faithful, Starbucks🤷🏻‍♀️

Slowest dive through on the planet. No need to have meaningful conversations with everyone in the drive through. Make the coffee, serve, move on the to next… no good reason at all why this drive through is slower than molasses on a cold day! People have to go to work and they can’t wait 30 minutes for one coffee.

So hard to review this store staff is amazing always happy and comforting, drinks and bagels are always top quality, however this is the worlds slowest store definitely need better management would have so much more business if they worked on their speeds I’d rather wait 25 mins till I get to Kalamazoo than waist a average of 40 mins for 3 drinks!

I love a good frozen drink. I do prefer it to the other big name coffee. They always make me feel comfortable and have even gotten to the point we know a bit about each other. Great place better coffee drinks.

One of our favorite pick me up places. Super friendly staff. Always smiling faces. The big puppy loves her treat too!

It was our first time and my wife really enjoyed the coffee. We got the egg, cheese and sausage breakfast sandwich and we surprised at the size and the was one of our favorite breakfasts. I had ice tea and if tasted freshly made and delicious.
