The Modern Well

Absolutely amazing spot! The owners, Sara and Wyatt, are so kind and friendly and hospitable! You can taste the quality and care put into the coffee. The baked goods are also exceptional, the cookies especially! Highly recommend the matcha and butter pecan breve! Lots of room for working and for gathering with friends.

The Modern Well is a gem of a coffee shop. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The coffee is excellent and a lot of care is put into it by friendly staff. Whether you are a local or just passing through, this place very worth checking out!

Sooo I ran out of coffee and just thought I’d stop in to our local Coffee House. Super glad I did. I told Ms. Sarah the owner how I liked my coffee and WHAAALAAA it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! The tasty cinnamon roll was an added bonus!! Excellent Price as well!! Ms. Sarah, I’ll be back!!!

Great spot. Friendly (and caring) staff, and simply outstanding coffee.
Also nice and quiet if need a spot to work, with 3 separated areas. Also great atmosphere if simply wanting to chat.

Great coffee, homemade syrups and baked goods. The smoothies are delicious as well! Plus, kind service and a welcoming atmosphere. Oh, yeah: don't miss the latte flights!

I love this coffee shop. I love trying their new latte flavors every week. The staff is always friendly and service is great. The fresh baked good are delicious.

Their lattes are very good. I had their brown sugar, cinnamon latte very very good. Customer service was outstanding Sarah was my bistro.

This coffee shop is so cute and cozy. The coffee is decadent. We got caramel lattes with oat milk. This is our new favorite spot.

The girls working were friendly with the people before us, they knew each other. When we got to the counter as first time customers, they were cold, kind of rude, seemed annoyed. Didn't like it. Won't go back. Too bad, we love coffee but I won't be treated like that again.

Great coffee/drinks, friendly staff, and a great place to work or socialize! We will be back!
