Just wanted what I paid for a larger butter bear cappuccino with an extra shot. I had stay awake tell 3am and needed caffeine. Instead I received a large cup of milk and flavoring with whipped cream on top. What a disappointment!!😞 Get better coffee at Wesco!

Shoutout to that gals who were working this morning! Made my day with the BOGO latte which I gave to my coworker and made her day. Thank you for your hard work and being there to start every bodies day off the proper way, with delicious coffee and bagels. 10/5 stars

Glad to have a Biggby Coffee in the middle of Grand Haven! Always a great Biggby, and a convenient place to have a quick breakfast! If you need breakfast, try this place out!

This used to be the best Biggby. Not anymore. It used to take less than 5 minutes to place your order and pick it up at the window. Now, it takes a minimum of 20 mins. It makes me sad to say but I guess I won’t be drinking Biggby anymore, but who has time to wait over 25 mins for a coffee??

The Grand Haven biggby is so fast. I'm used to long lines and slow service at the Norton Shores one. Like ten minutes to get a vegan bragel, and they make it seem like it's a burden and a hassle. But my sister and I didn't have to wait at all for our drinks and food. It was dazzling and wonderful. Thank you for your speedy service!

Friendly staff who are willing to go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I have a caffeine intolerance and they make a point to make me a new delicious drink every week-- caffeine free.

Wasn't a fantastic experience but I understand the pandemic has forced businesses to adapt. They were not allowing anyone inside but the signage wasn't visible until you were at the door. Drive thru only. The employees seemed annoyed with the customers. The coffee was not our favorite either. We didn't finish any of the drinks we ordered.
