Staff is very friendly coffee is good

Best Biggby location, staff are great, the owner works hard along side of staff. Coffee is ALWAYS good. Other Biggbys don’t even come close to the GH location. The coffee and service are MUCH better.

I love this store so much! It is by far the best in the area! The owners are lovely, and the workers are always quick :)
They also make great tea

My daughter gets a coffee everyday caramel marvel with the extra shot. And while visiting her I usually got a cold one. She gets a hot one. It was very good

Let me start off by saying the staff is just awesome. I have been to several Biggby locations and the staff here are award winning compared to some of the other ones. This staff remembers all there regular customers orders by heart and loves to learn more about the people they are serving on a personal level. If you looked up customer service in the dictionary it would say Spring lake Biggby.

Love the owners, they're friendly and provide great service. Love my daily fix (24oz Caramel Marvel, hot, with an extra shot). 99.5% of the time taste is consistent regardless of time / day / who makes my drink.

Good coffee and loved my Asiago bagel

Loved the staff; very friendly. I regret that I can't always choose this as my chain coffee choice. So much setter than Sbux! The coffee tastes good on it's own and the flavored drinks aren't overwhelmingly sweet.

So you offer coupons on your Facebook page, but when they are presented to use, the staff tells customers that they don't honor them. This is horrible for customer service. Why would anyone want to visit your location if you don't honor your word?

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. Sausage egg, cheese and a little bit of cream cheese on a great bagel.
