Always a good cup at the Biggby in Big Rapids! Staff is always friendly and happy to see you which is 75% of the battle while working retail.

I love biggby coffee! I can drink it black or flavored, cold or hot. I wish they advertised that they had so many more flavors than what can be posted on the board!

Took a detour on my way to a job to grab a coffee. Very clean, the staff was very nice, and as always my drink was awesome.

Ordered 2 cold brews, a teddy bear, and a latte for the group. All were not good. Coffee seemed acidic.

I just purchased 2 frozen mochas, I have so much coffee grounds in my drink, and not enough ice.

Great espresso. Nice atmosphere to relax and use the computer not feeling like you're bothering anybody. Enjoyed my time there.

Their baristas mix to my liking better than any other Biggby I've been to in the Grand Rapids area. Very friendly staff.

Great selection of drinks and snacks. Friendly helpful staff. I would highly recommend a visit.

Really good if you can get them to not mess up your order.
