My daughter ordered a large camelious iced coffee. It was the bomb. You don't even have to order extra Carmel.

I asked if the peanut butter crunch blended drink had any chocolate in it & the lady said no. She then asked if I wanted peanut butter cup or peanut butter crunch, I said whichever is fine, just make sure there is no chocolate. She responded with “okay, got it, no chocolate whatsoever” & I thanked her. We pull up to get our coffees & she hands us two drinks both with whipped cream & chocolate syrup on top…. The drink itself is good, but the customer service needs a little improvement.

Coffee was fine but the breakfast bacon burrito was horrible. Any speciality coffee place I've been to has had decent food. Not here. Before the owner comes on here to say they'll pass this along to their staff or whatever I'll say this directly to you: It's your decision to sell awful microwave food. A $2.49 gas station burrito is better than your half sized microwaved sour egg baconless bacon burrito. I would have rather thrown $5 in the trash. Instead I threw 3/4 of a 'burrito' in the trash. I can't believe you would take money and trick people into putting that garbage in their mouths. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I won't be back.

Completely understand that they’re new and learning so with that being said one of the other reviews mentioned that it was a couple inches short I too experienced that today. As far as the breakfast burritos go thumbs down all the way. Just microwaveable burritos in packages so don’t waste your money on those the gas stations are probably better.

Ordered a nitro cold brew and was presented with a cup that was only a third filled. I turned back to ask a question and the drive thru window was already closed. They also rushed away. I couldn’t get there attention, so I just left. $6 for a third of the serving is ridiculous. And to run away like that, it’s almost like they knew they were shorting me.

We wanted two cups of decafe coffee.
They did not have brewed coffee.
I recommend that Scooters gets a French Press so they can truly have a full service coffee stand.

I am extremely disappointed. I’ve only been to scooters coffee three times and every single time I’ve had a bad experience but the most recent one with a cherry on top. I have a severe dairy sensitivity and so I went through the drive-through and I let them know of that and I let them know that I would like a “large iced caramel latte with the caramel syrup not the sauce” because I am aware that the sauce has dairy in it. I then proceeded to pull up to the window and pay almost 8 dollars for this drink for them to hand me a all white drink. But before she even handed it to me she looked at it and then looked back up at me and then looked back at the drink and then handed out the window like she obviously knew that there was something wrong but I don’t work at scooters coffee so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. As soon as I took a sip it is literally straight oat milk and I should’ve known better and I should’ve asked for it to be remade but this is now the third time that I’ve gotten my coffee and it’s been made wrong. It’s also very frustrating that there was no receipt that was given to me and there’s no indicators on the cup letting me know that yes they did indeed use a dairy alternative milk especially since it is an up charge.

New store, lots to learn. Ordered three drinks, 2 of 3 were wrong. They label their drinks with sharpie on the lid, so every drink you get a whiff of sharpie. Label them on the side of the cup so your customers don’t get high :)

Even though the drink was wrong and I’m now high, it was good.

My first experience was not the greatest. I got an iced carmalicious and it did not taste remotely good. I got a spicy breakfast burrito, and as others mentioned it was microwaved inside a bag. The whole burrito was soggy and dripping all over. I’ll stick with BIGGBY.
