BIGGBY COFFEE

Very delicious coffee. Definitely recommend eating and drinking here! Also I really recommend the plain bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is VERY tasty!

Went this morning and they had a really long wait at the drive-thru, so I went inside. It didn’t take too long for my order to be taken but once it was, I was forever for my food to be made despite there being 6-7 workers. They were busy but only one or two or them was working while the rest were standing around or doing small things to avoid working. Multiple people came in after me but the workers all greeted them by name and immediately made their orders from memory and gave it to them while i’m still waiting for just two items to be made. Everyone who came in after me received their stuff quickly AND before me simply bc they knew the workers. These customers were even rude to me when I went to grab a bagel that was ready because I thought it was mine because I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Seriously…do better, I understand we are in times of short staffs, but this is no way to run a business, it was absolutely atrocious.

I tried something new today and loved it. They are always so nice!!! And I just can't get enough of those Turkey Everything Bragels!!!

You can't go wrong with biggby! The speakers are a little ratchet in the drive thru, but still 5 stars 🤩

Coffee is always amazing! Absolutely LOVE the staff. Emily even paid for my drink on her day off when she was ordering in the drive thru and recognized my car. My favorite place to fuel up on caffeine.

Biggby is always great!! They employ the nicest people who make amazing products. I like the iced coffee,but the frozen chai is the best...if you haven't tried it, you should. Get a rewards card, you'll definitely be back. Enjoy 😃

We got the teddy bear frozen drink. It was not good at all. The coffee taste was so overpowering I couldn’t taste any caramel or white chocolate. Literally no flavor but coffee and their coffee wasn’t good either. We were in line forever and once we got to the window it took them a long time to get us our one drink. Definitely disappointed.

What’s the point of offering pick up orders if customers still have to wait in line to confirm the order and staff doesn’t begin making the order until after the pick up time?

I took my son here today and went inside with him because I had to use the restroom, LOL but I waited for him to get his coffee and the three girls that were working today we're show friendly and just upbeat, there's no way you can go into that place and not be in a good mood. Their positive attitude was so refreshing that I'm not even a coffee drinker but would go back for a smoothie and pay smoothie prices LOL and not blink twice. A friendly attitude like these girls have make all the difference in customer service and quality, I'm willing to bet 90% of their customers leave there with a smile on their face
