WOW Café

Past experiences have been positive with good food. But today, I ordered 15 total wings (10 Canadian, 5 Kansas City), and 90+minutes later I get 2 cheeseburgers. I didn’t look into the boxes until I got home, because I was just so happy at the time to finally get “my food.”

If I could give this place zero star I would. Horrible service! My friends all had the worst service we've ever had. We were seated and never got silverware, napkins , ketchup, salt, our 2nd beer came 40 minutes after we got our beer. Our friends had to go and get their own drinks. My daughter in law NEVER got her drink!! 40 minutes into the hockey game, still NO drink!!
Her friend ordered for her and had to go get IT and gave it to her. She ordered 3 drinks and NEVER GOT any DRINK! THEN, she ordered fries and when she finally got them the waitress threw the basket down in front of her and didn't say a word! She was totally rude!! It's too bad, management will know.
This place could be such a great place. Really sad Adrian College 😢

The food there was great. The service however is a different story. When my family and I walked in there was a sign that stated "Please wait to be seated". We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for 5 minutes or so while the staff congregated around the bar talking. At one point I saw one of the employees look up and stare straight at us before she turned her attention back to her conversation she was having with another co-worker. We then decided to seat ourselves at one of the many empty tables in the restaurant (we were literally the only people there). I'm not going to drag this story out so here are the cliff notes: the waitress took 15 minutes to get our drink order, after delivering our food I'm pretty sure she forgot we were even there, we sat around waiting for the check for 40 minutes, the staff walked around with a "someone just farted" look on their face the entire time, and the waitress charged my card incorrectly. If You're looking for dynamite wings thisbis your place...just don't set the bar to high for the staff or you are guaranteed to be disappointed

It's a shame really. Good food and a great venue, but my oh my, the service is so poorly trained and managed. Unprofessional and unprepared...always (I've been here several times). Whenever this establishment comes up in conversation it is the same thing regardless of who the conversation is with: good food, but terribly unprofessional service. It is just wildly mis-managed (there was an all-day hockey event there involving several teams and they didn't even prepare for a crowd...there was a manager and two wait staff there). Crazy!

The service was outstanding. Since all the customers came in at once to watch the game it was busy at first but the service was great from when I arrived to when I left. Thank you so much wow servers!

Ya, I just think that wow cafe has lazy employees and nobody wants to work today. I believe that they need to do better cause I am paying fo this stuff.

The bartender Lisa Is So awesome and Friendly. She makes the best drinks!!😊🍹🍻
