The focaccia bread is amazing! The sandwich selection is divine! My only downfall... the coffee wasn't big enough... old cafe style cup for $2, should have been a bit of a bit bigger.

I had the pastrami on rye, it was well made, great pastrami, and the rye was amazing.

Everything this bakery makes is delicious but for us, it's the baguettes that we can't get enough of. Truly the best baguette I've ever had (and that includes decades living on the east coast). And a shout-out for the cookies (you have to get them at the sandwich counter, not the bakery counter). At 2 bucks, they are bigger and better than anything in KC for less money. I'm ready to hop in the car and head to Lawrence right now!

Never a bad experience. Working Downtown, they are my go to choice for a carry out lunch at least a couple of days every week. Great choice of sandwiches and lunch specials. A good casual dine-in experience too. And of course, probably the best bakery in town.

Wonderful little bakery with great bread and sweets. Also nice sandwiches for lunch and good other mains if you come for something more filling. They have a gender neutral restroom with a changing station.

Fantastic bread at decent prices. Wonderful breakfast only place. With very healthy menu items. The coffee could be better but there are many surrounding places that specialize in espresso drinks.

The bread is still fantastic, bur the dine in food options have never recovered sins the start of the covid fraud.

We had heard good things about this bakery, and it did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast here and will definitely be back to sample more of the baked goods. The coffee was delicious - I ordered a cafe au lait me they let you fill your cup to your liking before adding the steamed milk - the blend was delicious! Two of my favorite things we sampled so far were the cinnamon roll and the ham and cheese croissant. You can tell from anything you taste that the bread is high quality! Excited to try more in the future!
