With a delectable portfolio of exquisite coffee, I’ve wandered into a lovely shop diverse in consumer offerings. From coffee to fishing and kayaking supplies there was no shortage of intrigue. Thanks to Bob and is staffs excellent customer service I’ve decided to grant this experience 5 stars and claims to a “best coffee in town sign”.

My favorite coffee shop in town! The staff is super friendly and the seasonal coffee specials are always amazing. I don't fish at all, but the atmosphere, coffee, and staff make this place the best. Absolutely a must visit spot in Lawrence.

The caramel oat milk latte was delicious. Plus fly tying gear and flies. They have books on fly fishing as well. There was a sweet dog in there. Great experience!

Excellent coffee (latte & cappuccino), tried a London Phog (earl grey tea & steamed milk) it was divine! Love all the camping gear, bought a mushroom ID book. Good music, great vibe!

The baristas are so nice and the coffee is great! Overall ambiance of the shop is a great place to study, walk around, or hang out!

One of my favorite quick stops to grab coffee on mass. Some of the greatest staff that is always friendly.

I work just down the street, so I come and get my coffee at this place almost every morning, and the coffee is really good. I don’t care much for the shop because I’m obviously no fisherman, but the employees are always super friendly and the coffee is always fantastic. However, I came in recently and was told that the employees CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT TIPS. What kind of coffee shop or restaurant does that? Certainly not an ethical one. On top of that, my coworkers and I noticed that the staff has almost been entirely replaced. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry long enough to know that some shady business practices are going on here, which is disappointing because I really loved this place.

Everyone complaining about tips is shocking to me.
Tipping is A BAD THING. We do it to help the workers that get paid too little
Its the company making the guests pay their workers so they can pocket more. Tips don't trickle into your social security, or 401k in any way either.
If the company pays a fair wage, tipping isn't necessary.

Anyway. Great coffee great staff great store!

Great coffee shop and fishing outfitter. Went there with my wife and baby. Everyone was inviting and helpful. The coffee is fresh and made to order. One of the best selections of unique fly lures in Kansas. Very knowledgeable staff with regards to fishing and outdoor outfitting in general. Will return soon.
