Scooter's Coffee

Amazing customer service in a positive atmosphere! I came in during a busy time and they still got my order to me very fast. Great place to meet up with a friend or spend an early morning.

The employees are super friendly and the coffee is amazing!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The Grimes location “closes” before their actual closing time. Lazy service, needs better employees.

First time to Scooters and ordered a large latte with no whip. I paid over $6 for my coffee and there was 3" of cup that didn't have coffee in it. This is extremely disappointing. Side note...coffee is good, just NOT worth the money spent when a quarter of the coffee wasn't in the cup.

My husband and I visited this evening to enjoy some coffee and games after dinner. We arrived shortly before 8, ordered our drinks and began to enjoy them. There was one other set of people present at that time. The other group departed around 8:20, and approximately 5 minutes later the music went from an ambient level to a volume where I could no longer hear my husband seated across the table. By the time that song ended and the next began, the volume increased yet again, this time to a volume we could not handle. We chose to leave, confused as the hours posted online stated the store was open until 9pm and it was only 8:28. At no point throughout the 35 minutes we were there did the barista mention a closing time earlier than 9. We are giving 1 star because the coffee is good, but the quality of customer service we received this evening was unprofessional and just plain rude. I have also stopped by once late morning and received a frozen solid scone. Not good when I have to go home to prepare something I bought through the drive through at the coffee shop.

Wave to the this Scooters' unofficial mascot, Nemo, whenever I visit. It's my favorite. Coffee is good, cold brew is good. Get the carmelicious, blended.

DONT DO IT!!! HORRIBLE. I know fru fru coffee is a lot of sugar but wow, this coffee is all sugar. Ordered the burrito, it was hot on top and the bottom was cold and hard as a rock, most likely made hours before I ordered it. The stuff they are serving isn't even worthy of being sold at a gas station. Never again.

Very disappointed with this location. I received the wrong drink, I understand that happens but the drink I received I'm allergic too. I ordered my typical smoothie and has the lady repeat back what I ordered. When I received my drink via the drive through I left and after took off took a sip. Thankfully I didn't swallow any because it contained bananas(which I'm allergic to) I've never had that mix up at a Scooters before. What irked me so much was I double checked my order twice with the barista and I've tried contacting management TWICE about this with no answer. You think after serving a drink that has severe impacts on someone, they'd care to make it right with the customer? Wrong.

Nice cozy atmosphere. I liked that they had tables, comfy chairs and booths which allows for longer or shorter stays at the shop. Staff was friendly, I would definitely recommend!
