Stairs at front entrance, no stairs at the back entrance.
Iced Marshmallow Macchiato ($5.25) was wonderful.
Chocolate covered espresso bean ($2.95) were fresh. Homemade Granola ($7.00) - excellent!
The store has easily accessible restrooms, many tables and a lot of room to spread out.

A nice coffee place! The roasted marshmallow latte was pretty sweet but the espresso was good. We had the brown sugar scone and it was a little dry but we still finished it ;)

Great coffee spot right on Merle Hay Rd.
Walking in you feel the merge of woods and metals with an industrial feel.
Very spacious cafe.
Coffee tastes great. Smooth.
I ordered a latte with oat milk. Good amount of flavor and foam on top.
Total came to $6.xx for a 16 oz
There are food options like scones, quiches, and breakfast sandwiches.
For plant based they offer açai bowls and granola without yogurt.
Menu is simple. Easy to read and order.
I like the seating options here. There are booths, couches, tables and high top seating. A meeting room to reserve towards the front of the cafe.
I like the feeling of comfy and productive while I’m here.
Overall I enjoy coming here for coffee meets. I recommend visiting Twisted Bean!

Twisted Bean coffee is located is an unsuspecting, isolated lot on Merle Hay Road - but dont let that deter you.
The interior is beautifully and sophisticatedly decorated with a good choice of tables, booths and high chairs to choose from. It is perfect for socializing, studying or working. Not the greatest outdoor seating however.
Their chai was great and they had a great selection of breads and pastries.
Highly recommend if you are in the area!!

I'm fairly new to Twisted Bean so still discovering all it has to offer. Mornings ngs hers are busy. Lots of regulars. But they are one of the larger shops I've been to. Great food and drinks and excellent service. A plus is they have a private room available that can be reserved online for meetings or a get together with family and friends. No rental fee, just requires a minimum of 4 people and spending $40 while you're there. We just did a $40 gift card and everyone used the card. Great place! We've been back several times since and are always bringing friends and family with us.

I have been frequenting your shop for several years. It has always been a great experience. I especially love the quiche . However, I have not lived it the last two times I ordered. Last time it was a SMALL piece compared to previous orders. Today it was a leftover, dried out piece! My friend returned half of it and told the gal and she just says, “oh, ok.” Really? When you’re charging that type of money for a little slice of quiche I expect a fresh piece. The first bite was crunchy and you could tell by just looking at it, it was not fresh. So disappointing.

Stopped here by chance while passing through and had their specialty blended Carmel crunch frappe and it was delicious! Drink was blended perfectly without a bunch of ice chunks! Staff was quick friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this coffee shop. Will definitely stop again if in the area.

I work remotely from different coffee shops frequently. I prefer hot savory breakfast items, and rarely choose pastries & sweets.
Many coffee shops' hot and savory items are less than satisfying, but not Twisted Bean's!! I absolutely LOVE their breakfast sandwiches and quiche.
Their wifi sometimes cuts in & out, but it comes back on quickly. Because of this I avoid working from there when I have scheduled Zoom calls, but I'm still giving 5 stars because how good those sandwiches and quiches are makes up for it!
Always plenty of seats. There is a side room and if it isn't booked for a private group, I enjoy working from there when I need a little less commotion. There is also a counter top you could work from if you prefer standing.
I also appreciate that they offer ceramic mugs and can put your food on a ceramic plate - that way I don't use as many disposables. I have to remember to bring in my reusable utensils though since they use disposable utensils. I also bring in my own water bottle to avoid disposables - it is great they have a water filling station!
Wow, I wrote a novel. Can you tell I go there a lot? :)

We've done dine in and take out for years. About 2 years ago, the quality of the drinks began to decline. I talked to the manager, emailed corporate, and all I got was the offer of free drinks (which I did not use). How hard is it to do quality checks on your product? 🤷
My wife and I will no longer spend money for diluted drinks that we throw away. There's a better vendor in town, initials TB.

The owner orders his inventory through instacart and does not even have the decency to tip the shoppers. If you are going to order, atleast elect to give the bare minimum of 10% to the shopper!!! Seriously, if you feel that tipping is not something you can do, get yourself to Sam's Club and get your own stuffs!!! Btw, your staff are rude as well.
