Scooter's Coffee

Have been here twice and will not be back. Night staff is entirely untrained, I understand not being busy at night means that you don't necessarily have to bring your A game, but this was more of an F-. Ordered a green tea coffee, the matcha powder they used was floating all on the top and around the place where I would drink from. Absolutely bitter and undrinkable. I go back around and ask to have them make me a vanilla latte (as they stated they were out of green tea matcha now) and that was almost hazelnut flavored? It wasn't good. Between the poor service and baristas not being able to even make the most common drink, I will not be back. Think if a bartender didn't know how to make a margherita, that was akin to my experience. Sucks because I've lived in this area for years and we did need a good coffee spot, however they opened one on 6th avenue that will get my business instead.

Just stopped by to grab coffee and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was not placed in an individual container instead they threw the cinnamon in the bag with the utensils and napkins. Horrible service!

Have been here twice since it opened. First time, took 10 minutes., she made three cars coffees before giving it to them, I was third car, coffee was not hot and tasted terrible (Vanilla latte). So today was by there and wanted a coffee so thought I would try it again but order something different, (Chai Latte). HORRIBLE!!! Again the coffee was not hot!!!!! Will NEVER go back!!!!

Made drink with whipped cream after asking for them not to add. They messed up then scraped it off without telling me. Went back and watched the Manager scrape off the rest and try and hand it back. Then she became very angry and rude when I brought it up again. Terrible customer service and the way she treated me was so rude.

I ordered a caramelicious blender, but it didn’t taste or look like it. It was watered down and did not taste good. It was like drinking a cup full of caramel and whip cream iced latte.

Gotten a few ice coffees here they always very bitter and LUKE WARM how do you mess up ice coffee seriously mix it a few times come on and for the same price as Starbucks there trash in comparison

Great to have a nice drive thru coffee place like this in my neighborhood. Love both their coffee, appetizers, and employee service.

Every person I've come across at this location is very kind, Will definitely return!
