Went inside new location on 13th st because drive through was backed up and wrapped around into 13th st, service was outstanding and mocha ice coffee was very good. Didn't have to wait very long being how busy they were.

I want a shout out to the barista on 13th street who went above and beyond this morning 1-13-23 with customer service. A lady ran out of gas in the drive-through lane and he ran across the street and got her gas.

The drinks are amazing, the employees are awesome, and the service is always so fast! The only thing that I could wish with all my heart is one day you guys add some gluten sensitive options so I can eat breakfast too! It always breaks my heart when I order for my family and the sandwiches look and smell incredible but I can’t have any.

I'm from Massachusetts and come to Norfolk almost yearly to visit family. If I'm being very honest Scooters is the best part of visiting and I go home and dream about it until I come back the next year. The staff here makes delicious coffees and the manager Megan keeps the line fast and moving. 10/10.
