Scooter's Coffee

I usually have an awesome experience at this location and love coming by! Today I noticed the employee who took my order and greeted me at the window didn’t seem to be in a good mood. Though it put me off, I still graciously tipped due to my past awesome experiences. When I was waiting for my order, the window stayed open and I saw and overheard a group of employees standing around together and gossiping about another employee saying she could/should get fired. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and very rude in general. These things shouldn’t be said on a regular, let alone in front of a customer.

Coffee and staff are great! The atmosphere is a bit lacking. It's usually cold and there have consistently been flies or other annoying flying insects in there every time I've been there for the last year.

Super friendly service! I mean, really super friendly! They are so very nice 😍. The coffee is great, they iced coffee is even better, and their smoothies are to die for. Add in some fantastic cinnamon rolls and coffee cake, and there's no reason not to go to Scooter's.

Wow, the baristas here are incredible!! Definitely some of the friendliest in the area. They’re always welcoming and they always make sure to tell you goodbye when you’re leaving, no matter how busy they are. The price of drinks is very reasonable, and everything is always prepared correctly and promptly. Definitely would recommend making this your “go-to coffee hangout” if you’re in the area!

My few experiences here have been very average. I didn't care for the coffee, and the food seemed like it came out of a vending machine.

A great place to go. Like all the others they want you to wear a mask, but they do not hassle if you choose not too. Friedrich's used to be the best, but they expect me to sit at a table, leaving my mask on to drink coffee! No damn way. If you make me wear one, I'm done patronizing your business.

Scooters coffee staff members are always friendly and seem to genuinely care about their customers. All food and drinks I've ordered have always been fresh and made on the spot. They offer caffeinated and uncaffeinated beverages along with various breakfast sandwiches and pastries. I highly recommend this place to coffee lovers and non-coffee lovers alike.

Stood inside for 5 mins with no one taking orders.

Stopped by Scooters in Grimes on the way home from a basketball tournament and the young gal working the drive through was very personable and held a conversation with us the whole time we were waiting for our coffee. I’m sad that we didn’t catch her name, but we want her to know that she did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!

The staff is super friendly and professional. The coffee is great, I would highly recommend this place !
