Biggby Coffee

Biggby has the best tasting coffee and so many great flavors. I usually get the latte of the day, no matter what it is! Their sandwhiches are all so good and priced really well. They also mail out coupons all the time so I hardly ever pay full price, even though they are absolutely worth it!

This coffee place is phenomenal!!!! They were swamped and handled it very well!!! The cookie butter frozen latte is an A++++++ in my book!!!! I wish it was closer to my house as I live in noblesville and was passing by to take 36 out of state!!! The coffee cake muffin was super yummy as well!!!! 100 million % better than Starbucks!!!

The customer service here is fantastic. It is a very busy location but the staff honestly makes the few minutes of waiting worth it. They are kind, friendly, and empathetic when there is a long line for morning coffee. I always get a nitro cold brew and it's always solid.

First time trying and I am very hesitant to give it a second shot. I ordered a large Carmel marvel latte frozen. Only thing carmel was the the drizzle on top of the whipped cream. Coffee tasted burnt without a hint of carmel to it. Very disappointed considering all the hype on how great their coffee is. I also witnessed the cashier spread something on a bagel, give it to the customer and handled change before n afterwards. NO GLOVES AT ALL! SO GROSS!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. We were the 4th car in line, sat through the line for 15 mins AFTER ordering. Sat IN FRONT of the drive thru window for 20 mins. We received our 2 sandwiches within 10 mins and then sat for another 10 before asking the girl in the store window if our drinks were coming or not. She looked at us like we were stupid and we explained we only had 2 drinks we’d been waiting on and how it had been 35 mins total since ordering. The girl was so rude to us and didn’t even let us know she was working on our drinks. She closed the window and ignored us. We drove off without our coffee. We paid $30 for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. I then called to speak with the manager or owner. The “manager on shift” sounded like she was 19 and told us we could come in and get our drink after we already drove away and she could refund us for the drinks we didn’t get if we came in. So I asked if there was an owner I could speak to and she told me the owner is out of country and cannot be reached. I was wondering why another car drove off flipping off the building when we pulled up to the drive thru but I think the service may have answered that mystery.

Don’t waste your morning or money here. I will never be returning.

This is just my opinion, but i like biggbys better than starbucks !

Also obviously always clean and nice and neat and employees always so sweet and polite! Really enjoy this company there amazing! Used to drive to Michigan to get biggbys but now I dont have to because you guys are close to home now!! Thanks again!

Good coffee good service. However i’ve been there a couple times and my coffee wasn’t very hot other than that i think it’s it’s a fair priced place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee..

This place was GREAT. They’re fast, efficient, and get the drinks and food done right. Clean inside and friendly staff too. Will absolutely be back.
