Was looking forward to a nice British stew.. instead I was served two large Yorkshire tops with lots of mushroom, carrots and ground beef crumble in a gravy??? The gravy is was cooked in had too much Worcester sauce. Where was the nice chunks of stewing beef?? Very disappointing!! Save yourself and eat next door at the Crackle Barrel!

Took the bf here for his birthday because I heard they had excellent fish and chips. Its true! Amazing fish, all the food was divine, at a fair price. Service was cordial but brief and everyone was masked and just perfect! Left full and satisfied. Will absolutely make a return visit.

Everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My fiancé said this is going to be our go to spot. Can’t wait to come back.

Food was wonderful! We stopped on our way from Indianapolis to Detroit and now that we have found this treasure, will come back since it's only about an hour north of Indy. Husband had the fish and chips with fattoush salad. Very tasty! I had the beef stew with Yorkshire pudding and the potato & onion soup. It was also very good.
The staff was very friendly and the place was pretty busy.
We ended with the bread pudding - not what we were used but still good. It had a lot of raisins. Definitely give it a try!

“Tea Payne” and seemingly a portal sending you to a comforting & hearty meal in England and then back to IN about your business.

This place literally found me gasping out loud at the dinner table “I didn’t even know my cooking sucked until now…eating this is so delicious I feel like I don’t even know how to cook at all lol!”.

We’re allays full by dessert but the sticky toffee dessert and ice cream to go did not disappoint later on either!

On a random snowy blizzard night in March this place truly hit the spot and I was surprised to learn they are a hidden gem in a convenient location and not a huge chain franchise either……feel even better about going here!!!

I don’t give 5 stars lightly and my honey and I were so impressed that we have since vowed to return enough times to try everything out on their menu!!! Do yourself a favor and eat here before too many people find out and they are reservation only! I apologize in advance but it was so good I just cannot help myself…I’ve already told like 10 people today!

Amazing food. The tomato soup delicious. They have great shakes. The owners are very friendly. I cannot wait to see the renovations.

Excellent choice! We were passing through on our way back to Michigan and I picked this restaurant from a Google search. We immediately were impressed with the decor. The log framing and tin ceiling was beautiful and all of the added details were great. All of the girls working in the restaurant were very polite and friendly. All of the items on the menu sounded wonderful so it was hard to decide. Fortunately, we were with another couple, so we all ordered different things and shared. The food was beautifully presented and it was as delicious as it looked! I only wish this restaurant was closer to home so that we could come here more often!

I only marked down a star because service was a bit slow and they had essentially no selection of British beers for being a British-style eatery.

Other than that, it was awesome. My server was friendly and polite. The fish and chips was tops. And, the sticky toffee pudding about made me jump out of my seat. I will be back, for sure!

Probably the worst food I've ever been served. They fish was under cooked and mushy. The chips were just regular old frozen french fries that tasted like they had been sitting out for hours then warmed up. My Reuben was disgusting. Had a weird flavor too it. Cost me almost $100 for 3 people to eat. 75% of the food we ordered was thrown away. I told the waitress everything was pretty subpar but never saw a manager or was offered to take anything off the bill.
