BIGGBY COFFEE

Who the hell makes a sausage, egg, and, cheese on an everything bagel WITH CREAM CHEESE? It was flat out nasty. The bagel was disgusting in itself. The coffee is some strange serve yourself kinda thing. Had to ask for the pot and had to ask for the half-and-half. Weird experience overall. Actually, a really lousy way to start my day.

I just wish their prices were more reasonable. They cost more than Starbucks! Their drinks are great, but they aren't justified for the price. You can buy a meal with a drink cheaper than a latte.

I'm very conflicted about my most recent visits. The management is great and the girls are just as great, however for reasons unknown Destany was fired and I think that was a big mistake, if it is for the reason I think it is!! The atmosphere there was beyond terrific, the girls would joke and laugh cause that's what you do when you love your job (speaking from experience) and they still worked just as fast and it always put me in a great mood seeing them have fun with their job and to know that if they have fun and love their job they may stay there. They all always made my trip their feel like a personal experience. Lately that has stopped and it is too serious and quiet when I come in and it is not the same, it is not anything the employees are doing wrong I think it is they were told to stop joking around and that upsets me, if they had a rhythm and worked just as fast, what's the problem with having fun? If you have to be serious all the time you start to hate your job and look elsewhere for a paycheck.

The owner seems to treat his employees horribly. Will make sure I let everyone know to go to a different coffee shop. Horrible to witness.

Food quality could definitely be better, drinks are great!

I had a Teddy Bear blended frozen coffee. It was white chocolate and caramel flavored. The ice was smoother than any frappucino I've ever had from the "star" place. Pricey like the star place but really tasty.

Oh Biggby.. not only is your "drive thru" an absolute nightmare but today when I went I specifically asked for extra cream cheese on my turkey and havarti. I then asked again when I was given my food just verifying and the person working the counter flat out lied to me. There's little to no cream cheese. Sigh. Also just like a simple sign stating to go around the building instead of causing an accident would fix all of your problems. Do better.

Always great coffee. Service is excellent.

Biggby is my favorite. I usually pop by the one in sturgis (since I'm more local there) but went by the Elkhart one twice now and am impressed with how fast they get the line moving. And great, fresh coffee!

Every visit has exceeded my expectations. The girls and guys are always professional and super nice even at 5am.
