BIGGBY COFFEE

The baristas here are very friendly and accommodating. The store is clean and inviting. My only concern is the espresso tastes weak. I watched the baristas pull the shots and they didn't tamp them down... Which is probably why the espresso tastes weak and looked thin. I think if they tamp the espresso down, the shots would be better.

Decided to impulse purchase "fancy coffee drinks" for Mom & myself while visiting family in Elkhart. My dirty Chai was great, and Mom really enjoyed her gingersnap latte. Thanks for helping us survive the morning!

It's a typical overpriced coffee shop. I'm 61 years old and I am sick of paying $5-$6 for a cup of coffee. Granted we like flavors and hot latte's, but in my world $16-$18 for two muffins and two mocha's/coffees, eh just not doing it anymore.

I come to this location a couple of times a week. I usually have great service from friendly staff. Today was the worst experience I have had yet. Over 10 minute wait in drive thru, no apology for the delay, my frozen drink was half melted before I even got it. If I have another experience like this, I'll be done with bigby. 😡👎

Great coffee, great people. My wife is obsessed, she literally gets it everyday... if i had my way we wouldnt... ONLY because it gets expensive. The employees are friendly. Tonya makes the best coffee by far and you can tell she is always on it and has been the one to stick around the longest. Very friendly woman... the only downside is there is not a lot of room for a drive thru line and many people CANNOT READ the TWO signs that says drive thru exit ➡️ that way. Very irritating. Also, we have had people in front of us pay for our coffee 3 or 4 times, so always pay it forward as often as possible. Good people, good vibes, bad spot for a drive thru lol.

All of there coffee is name after bears for example I had the butter bear iced coffee which is made with butter scotch and caramel

I drove all the way to this particular Biggby today on 8-5-2021 at a little after 6 only for them to be closed. The hours on the website clearly says they are open until 7 pm. This is very frustrating because I wasted my time and gas.

Love the staff here! I just wish the drinks were the same consistency of quality each time.

I do love the iced Olays! But on B1G1 days sometimes they let me get 1 for free after purchasing my husband's chai and other times I'm told my drink isn't a specialty beverage so I have to pay full price. Here recently I ask and pay for 24 ounces and get home to realize our cups say 20 ounces. Super expensive to not get what you payed for

the owner of this location, Ravneet Singh, is a terrible person and severely mistreats his current and former employees. do everyone a favor and avoid this location as well as the granger one.
