We stayed here with our family to celebrate Christmas and our 50th wedding anniversary. It was spectacular and our visit could not have gone better. Rebekah Curtis was a delight to work with and she did a masterful job coordinating activities and meal reservations. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Got lost in this hotel when we got it confused with the Hotel Wailea where we had dinner reservations.

The staff was SUPER unhelpful. I know it was a confusing situation but they seemed to actively want to avoid assisting in any way. That was only if we could even find any staff. It was 8 PM on a Tuesday and there were no visible staff members anywhere in this MASSIVE hotel.

If I was staying here in a room, I'd be very let down by the size of the resort versus the staff. At the Four Seasons you're literally tripping over employees, who all go way out of their way to assist.

we stayed here a couple years back, and honestly can’t wait to go back. The grounds are perfect for walking, the rooms are very clean, you have nice views from any room you choose, and the food here is very tasty, plus you can sit out on the balcony and get a view of the really beautiful grounds with waterfalls everywhere and the beach in the distance. You also have a reserved section on the beach for staying here.

    Good breakfast!

Not amazing, but good. Not a big fan of their croissants. The service is great, employees are very nice, professional and friendly.

The fruits and food selection are good and some meals are difficult to find somewhere else like the kimchi sausage, or Hawaiian toast.

For Xmas they have Santa coming on a canoe. You should go, and he is very nice and kind!

The place is huge and people are happy. The spa is good too.

Wow, what a fantastic place to celebrate a big occasion. Fantastic service and kindness from Randall - I will tell everyone who comes here to request him as their server. I could have had just a bunch of starters and will do just that on my next visit. Our favorites were the seared scallops on top of a potato cake with yuzu truffle cream, and the ahi sashimi was among the best I’ve had - we ordered two of each. Coconut shrimp were fried perfectly and had a fabulous cucumber relish with them.

Our main courses of fish had cooled by the time they arrived for four of our eight entrees, but the kitchen remade them quickly and graciously. The crab-crusted fish is a local favorite for a reason, and the macadamia nut crusted mahi was also just wonderful. Bone-in ribeye with sweet potato purée was as gorgeous as it was perfect for my non fish-eating uncle.

Constructive criticism: the sweet and fluffy ube rolls would have been so much better heated - please consider - and the likiloi butter with sea salt was a lovely complement. We found the salad dressing, especially with pear in the salad, too sweet for all of us, but it was refreshing and composed of great local lettuce. Loved the passion fruit crème brûlée and lava cake. The mud pie was a platonic ideal of the famous dish. You all made my mom’s 80th birthday dinner a fantastic memory - top notch everything and the best intentions. Randall made this great experience perfection.

Lovely! We stayed for a week and it was very kid friendly. The pools were great. Renovations underway should be a nice addition!

The most beautiful place to stay on the Island of Maui. The grounds and pools are pristine, the balcony views are breathtaking and there is so much to see and do that you won't want to leave!

Went there for my son's performance and the valet was amazing! Best customer service! Can't afford to stay there as a local but nice to be on the property. Miss the trees with lights as you enter the property.

Great experience at this resort. Staff was great and they really accommodated our large company group very well.

Beautiful setting and a great experience.

After staying at the Four Seasons last week, and paying a similar price, $6000 for 4 nights and our son that lives in the area wanted to come visit with us at the pool and these clowns wanted to charge us $100 a night to our room and backdating until our check on 3 nights ago. $400 for our son to come to the pool. Never stay here again
