Trilogy Coffee & Tea Bar

Cool little coffee shop tucked behind some retail spaces. All of the seating is outdoors and has a nice backyard feel to it. The staff were super friendly. Coffee and bread were amazing.

Nice sitting area on the grass outside. My cappuccino was a bit too foamy, not too great. However, this might be the only decent coffee you can get in the north.

Every other 2nd wave coffee with overpriced baked goods. Cute shopping center though

Most excellent! Everything here is gourmet, attention to detail is an understatement! I'm in love with their "dirty chai". The chai is made right, it's got a punch to it just like I like it. The espresso, so smooth. The deserts are insane, i had the pecan pie today and each bite was as decadent as the last. Mmm-Mmm Onooooo!

Went here as Java Kai was closed. Close to a 30 minute wait after ordering, messed up the order, re-made in haste and not a good espresso pull or drink. Americano also tasted weak.

This was the BEST latte I have had. The pour was perfect with dense foam. It had a nice smooth nutty taste. 👍 mahalo

Surprising find for Kauai -- a very cosmopolitan menu and vibe with some classic hipster touches. Here's looking at you, vinyl collection and avocado toast! Trilogy also offers up to date herbal concoctions that would not be out of place in SF's Mission district or NYC's Williamsburg. Want mushroom tea? Saffron elixir? Don't feel like entering a hippy yurt for it? Miss big city tech scene aesthetics? This is your spot.

Wonderful cafe. A bit pricey but very nice.

Loved this place so much, their adaptogenic drinks were great, I added a shot is espresso to mine it was delicioso 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻
