Rush during the morning hours as its located inside a super market. Could have 2 staffs making those coffees. The lady took 20 mins to make 2 coffee and I was third on line.. I stood in line about an hour with 2 people ahead of me… Coffee taste great though.. can put more staff in this location.. They have cute hawaii merchandise too like mugs, bottles and flasks.
Stars only for service
For coffee and merchandise I would give it 5

This is a traditional Coffee Bean shop. Great service – the product was wonderful. The only reason for four stars is because it’s inside of a grocery store and there was no place to sit.

Location is very short staffed. Open & close times are irregular. We visited two days in a row at 7 AM and no one was there. One day a sign was posted saying not open at all that day. Another day one of the grocery store workers said they would open at 8:30 AM. Advise not to make a trip there just for coffee.

Two bad experiences. First visit on 4/21/21 at 9am the cashier rung in my order incorrectly. When the gal making the order called out soy latte, I kindly smiled and said I ordered almond milk. I watch her remake it and remind her to add the sugar free vanilla. The cashier loudly responds "you didn't say that"! I've been ordering the same coffee order for years, I know what I ordered. The gal making the drink, was kind and said no prob, I'll add it in. My one star is for the cashier's attitude (overheard her complaining how she couldn't wait to leave and get off work) and her very poor customer service.
Second experience on 4/24. Hours are 6:30am to 4pm. We arrived at 9:10 am and it was closed. There was one lady behind the counter, and she said they were closed because she didn't have any staff and was busy with paperwork. Super frustrating since it's literally the only coffee place in Princeville that's open this early.

Love this place. We walked here everyday on vacation. The coffee is delicious and the ladies working there are sweet and kind and make excellent drinks. We will miss our morning coffee run and the staff here. This place gets super busy so be patient.

Inconsistent hours, sometimes they are open sometimes they aren’t, and you never know until you show up.

Do not buy cold brew here. I paid $5 and got a cup packed full of ice with a splash of coffee on it.

Under staffed inconsistent hours. So don't expect to get a coffee after 12 noon.

Today, 4/22/21 at 9am, after messing up my wife's order TWICE, the young woman behind the counter proceeded to tell my wife "that's not what you ordered!" after I personally heard my wife clearly say "sugar free vanilla". It's the same way she's been ordering it for years. I'm embarrassed for your level of customer service. What a disgrace.

Line of 6 in front of us moved quickly and efficiently, and the coffee of the day Mocha Java was delicious and was the 2nd morning cup!! As good or better than coffee in Hanalei 20 minutes earlier that was $2 more per cup.
