Trilogy Coffee & Tea Bar

Found this great coffee bar on our day trip. It was a nice stop and everyone was able to get some refreshments. They also had some great artisan chocolates from Austin Tx!!

My son and I had double espresso, my daughter in law had an iced coffee with fresh coconut milk, and my cousin had some flavored sparkling water.

Cute spot with lots of fun merch and products. Sadly we were disappointed with both our drinks (iced chai and a hot latte). If you like extra spicy chai with not a ton of other flavor it might be your jam though! Latte was super milky with barely any coffee flavor. The person who took our order was super nice. Everyone else was fine.

For the cost (almost 17 for two drinks) I wasn't stoked. Barely could get the chai down but wasn't about to waste the 8.50 it cost (subbed a milk). The center it is in is cute too but I personally would hit the cafe in the market across the way if we are back in that area or go to Kai coffee just across the street. But you may dig on it, just didn't work for us.

"Best coffee in Hawaii" may be exaggerating, but it is pretty good. The Americano was smooth and flavorful, and the price was what you'd expect from a US coffee shop ($4)

The coffee was fantastic! I also enjoyed the key lime pie and the coconut pie. Unique and delicious. Crazy pricey! $$$

I didn't even know this place was here until I saw it from the market nextdoor -- wow, as someone who doesn't eat dairy, their selection of in-house baked and raw baked goods was outstanding. I had the lilikoi (passion fruit) cheesecake and absolutely loved it. The mac chocolate chip cookie with mint was also solid. And my espresso was delicious. Plus, super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful shop, great service, damn good drinks and food. If your into coffee or a barista yourself, this is the best spot on the island. One of the prettiest Marzoccos I’ve seen in a long time and their ceramic and flatware is killer. Leave your hotel/house/van/wherever and make the trip over to Trilogy.

Cute little coffee shop. They had delicious vegan and gluten free desserts that are an absolute win!

There is no indoor dinning, but lots of places to sit in the courtyard.

Make sure to check their hours and plan to visit accordingly.

I had a coconut dessert and it blew my mind. Everything else looked amazing it was hard to pick just one dessert to enjoy!

I got the Trilogy Chai and it was amazing. Would love to come back for the coffee. Really nice ambience with great outdoor space to relax and hang. Located in a beautiful area. Highly recommend this place for a chill evening tea or coffee

Lovely and well-considered space with high-quality, delicious drinks and food (including pastries; vegan plant-based, gluten and a few nut-free options are available) options. The only reason this place doesn't get five stars is because it charges extra for plant-based milk; if they didn't, it would definitely get full marks!

As far as coffee, tea and adaptogen lattes go, it's the best on the island.

We were referred by our photographer to Trilogy and were so glad we took her advice. We have a few favorite coffee shops on the island and hadn’t heard of Trilogy. We had apparently driven by it quite a few times but hadn’t realized it was next to one of our favorite shops and on our way to a great beach. My fiancé enjoyed his americano and I adored their Coconut Turmeric Chai with macadamia nut milk. It is beyond smoothe and has the perfect ratio of savory to sweet. The shop is adorable and the staff is great. We will for sure be returning!
