Trilogy Coffee & Tea Bar

This place has great coffee and local organic vegan treats to die for. Plus avocado on toast that is the best and live music on Saturday’s as well. If you want to support local businesses and get something amazing go there.

Very classy café, one of the nicest buildings we've seen during our stay at Kauai. Friendly staff and reasonably priced coffee/snacks. The extra souvenirs are pricey. If you like dark chocolate, this is your place.

Excellent avo toast. They drizzle olive oil around it and sprinkle the top with a really delicious seasoning and micro greens. The shop is super clean and hip. I’ve also had their vegan lillikoi cheesecake and cappuccino. They have a ton of varieties of milk. They even have mushroom milk!!! The area outside for dining is very zen and beautiful. It’s a treat whenever I get to go there. I’ve been there 4 times so far. The baristas are very nice and seem like very nice people. Hip and cool.

The coffee and vibe made me feel like I was in a Californian coffee shop, in Hawaii. Best part was they ask your name for your beverage and continue to remember it throughout your stay. Great seating outside and they have a standing bar in case it’s raining

Love this little coffee shop. Trilogy Chai is fantastic. Kids loved the vegan treats.

Great little coffee bar highlighting a variety of far out mushroom, root, and herbal drinks. Not sure if the lion’s mane really tripped me out of if I’m just “Kauaied”, but it’s a great spot to sit outside and enjoy!

Their cocoa is amazing! A little pricey but totally worth it:)

Best treats I’ve had my whole trip! The chocolate mousse was divine. The mocha was delicious. The atmosphere was zen and gorgeous. The ladies were sweet and helpful.

A cute little shop with outdoor seating. The biggest draw here was for my husband with the options with Lion Power Potion (made with Lion's mane mushrooms). They have all sorts of superfood coffees/drinks: Mushroom Milk, Turmeric Coconut Chai, Highlove Superfood Steamer, Witch's Brew (made of Ashwagandha spice blend), and Matcha Latte. They have delicious sounding pastries, a good selection of loose-leaf teas and regular coffee. Admittedly, for me, the coffee and pastry was not anything to warrant a second visit.

The staff were very friendly and coffee and pastries ready in a good amount of time. They have several items for purchase in their shop: coffee making items and their mushroom milk for purchase. They do not have restrooms on site, but there are clean restrooms across the street at the supermarket. Also, a great stop to pickup some Hawaiian snacks and more! Across the walkway was the Kilauea Fish Market, which we loved!

Ordered a shot of espresso and I was not disappointed. I am to the point in my coffee experience where I simply cannot drink anything less than exceptional - this shockingly passed the test. I was expecting some sort of bland mildy acidic crema, but what was delivered was incredible. They must have hit every SCAA guideline when pulling this shot of espresso. I had an amazing day surfing and snorkeling, and this cup of coffee was entirely responsible for the quality of my day here on Kauai. Will be back, definitely!
