Trilogy Coffee & Tea Bar

We got some dessert for Trilogy. The people were kind, the dessert pretty good, the price was high.

Great light roasted coffee and amazing testy and stylish snacks. Really cool place!

This place is great! While on our trip we came back multiple times. We all liked the the iced latte and iced mocha. The chai was very good as well! The chocolate they use in the ice mocha is so tasty! Very nice out door seating- highly recommend.

hidden away in a tranquil garden lies Triology.
from the moment you enter, you know it’s all business...serious coffee and delicious edibles. iced americano hit the spot as well as a mint square on the garden patio. Staff was awesome and pulled a perfect shot.

We visited here while on vacation. My latte with house vanilla syrup was made perfectly — great flavor and not too sweet. Thanks for a great cup of coffee!

Honestly we felt a little discriminated in this spot. The baristas or server or whatever they call themselves was so nice and friendly to everyone else… except for us. We didn’t even say anything except trying to read the menu and order something. FYI the menu is like trying to read the Lord of The Rings books as it’s a lot of made up word and names and all kinds of vegan drink/food.

I walked out and went to the market across the street instead to get food because I’m not tolerating that kind of attitude… my silly husband gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed on to order something anyway. He’s the kindest and sweetest person and would never complain about anything unless it’s really bad. And he mentioned that he wasn’t feeling very welcomed there… maybe we don’t fit in that hipster vegan vibe because we were carrying a baby and/or maybe we’re Asian. Who knows.

Never going back.

Beautiful spot in kilauea. Great selection of vegan treats. The sevice was awesome. Lovely to see locals run into eachother & spend the morning chatting.

Yikes!! What an extremely odd very Un-Kauai vibe this place has! I felt like I was transported out of Kauai into an extremely snooty establishment somewhere that's not here. I would never leave a bad review on that alone but the fact that I stood there in plain sight of all the employees for over 45 minutes waiting for one iced mocha when all of the people that ordered after me had come and gone with their drinks, while no one that work there acknowledged me at all. When I finally asked if my drink was coming the woman said there was still some drinks ahead of me. HUH!! Unbelievable! Paid over $8 plus gave them a $5 tip to stand around for over 45 minutes! WOW! Strange place! They did give me a free coffee coin for next time which will be a gift to someone else that wants to endure this place. I'm definitely never going back! Extremely UN-Aloha!! 😬 May be cool for some people but just way too cool for me! This place is ridiculous and actually quite comical!

I placed an online order which was great! I ordered two mochas, an iced americano, a drip coffee and a chocolate chai.
The mochas and chai tasted amazing.
The americano was ok.
The drip coffee tasted awful. It was not hot, not fresh, and tasted super bitter. When we tried to let them know we weren’t satisfied with it they didn’t offer to exchange it or even pour new coffee. The customer service was definitely lacking which is such a bummer.

Got the turmeric chai and latte and some energy balls. Pretty good, very expensive. Each energy ball was $5 😱
