Nice coffee place serving espresso-based drinks. Oatmeal raisin cookie was also delicious.

Everything under this roof is top notch. Super clean. The coffee drinks are premium. Food and treats are gourmet and locally-sourced organic. Prices are a bit steep (and ya get what you pay for!)

The drinks are very tasty. We got the tumeric latte and a beet latte, and both were very creamy and not too sweet. We also got the lilikoi cheesecake and the mint chocolate cheesecake. The lilikoi was nice and tart and I would highly recommend, but the mint one was lacking a strong flavor.

So lovely! Get ready to be hyped for the day with the strength of their coffee. Lovely folks and really interesting assortment of specialty drinks. I’ll report back on the life changing effects of the 21 superfood latte.

Could be a cool little coffee spot, if only they had decent coffee.

The Espresso was too acidic for my liking. The drip coffee was too weak. Lids don't fit properly on the to go cups. Really need to work on the basics.

If your a vegan youll love this place! Of your a raw food vegan you have hit the holy grail. They have sweets that are to die for, and im obsessed with thier wabi sabi vendor dishes and the power balls. Great atmosphere, you can pic a sweet outside in the courtyard and enjoy your dish, or walk around the quaint shopping center.

The coffee here is five star but the cashier is snobby and rude. She acted like she was too cool to wait on anyone. Batista was great and she had a super attitude. Cute place.

I do not like leaving negative reviews - I am truly sorry, I have no choice here though as people deserve and need to know. With so many people having nut allergies, it puzzles me why there are no proper labels on the sweets at Trilogy. Our 6-year old, who is allergic to some nuts, threw up after eating just one bite from the lilikoi cheese cake and white chocolate cake, which both contain a lot of nuts. Both treats we could not eat either, they do not taste good to begin with, we threw them away. The manager never called us back, no offer for any remedy on their part. This place is way overpriced too. We are never ever going back.

Easily the best coffee shop in Kauai. Despite farming coffee, Kauai is well behind the coffee renaissance on the mainland. Trilogy serves Intelligentsia's Black Cat espresso that makes for a great base. The fact their baristas are passionate about coffee and can pull a shot, seals the deal. Jonesing for a good cup of coffee while on the island? Make the trek here.

Smallish coffee shop with outdoor seating. It’s a little on the pricey side, likely because of the location In the small mall of overpriced boutiques and other stores. They have a modest pastry selection and solid was cooked to perfection service.
