Trilogy Coffee & Tea Bar

Terrific little coffee shop that serves wonderful coffee and makes an incredible avocado toast. The area just outside the shop is a scenic spot to enjoy a cup of joe, offering several tables and chairs with a view of the mountains. Ample parking is available.

Best coffee I had in the island and in a while. I tried their Saffron Latte and I immediately fell in love with it, the cafe, and the girls working there. If you have a palate for Saffron, this is drink to try cold or hot. Make sure you try both! Their regular roast was phenomenal. Unfortunately we left the northern part of the island to the south.’c and I haven’t found a solid coffee house yet.

It looks like a fun place and the tables outside are great. The chai was just okay and the macadamia cookie was burned so that was disappointing. I don’t think I’d get chai or cookies there again but I have heard the other snacks are amazing. So maybe worth trying?

Hands down, best coffee on the north shore! The baristas knew how to pull a good shot and milks were steamed perfectly. I almost don't want to leave a review because this place is going to get busy! It's kind of hard to find as it's on the back of the building across from Hunter Gatherer. Atmosphere is great as well!

This place is cool! And the baristas were very nice and helpful. And they make mochas! (Despite what another review says.)
I had a delish iced mocha and vegan snickers bar treat. I've no complaints. Go check this place out!

Cute little walk through shop! Coffee isn’t super consistent, but definitely the best I had on the island! They serve Onyx Coffee, have great selection of mugs, and I picked up one of their sweet T-shirt’s that’s says “Coffee & Aloha” There are some cool shops next door I’d recommend checking out as well.

Absolutely delightful! Such nice baristas and that was the best chai tea I've ever had. It was such a wonderful breakfast there and the raw, gluten free (and vegan!) chocolate mousse cake was amazing!

I loved everything about this place!! Wish I had one at home! Iced matcha with vanilla bean and cashew milk was flawless. I was especially grateful for how many options there we're for the people with numerous food sensitivities/ allergies. It's uncommon to find a place where you can have almost everything on the menu and that really made my day. Also, my barista was so accommodating and joyful, the cherry on top. CLOSES AT 3

One of the best coffee shops on the island. Had a great oat milk cappuccino there. Also some great gluten free pastries. Friendly good service!
