Portions were tiny compared to every other Katz's. The ambience was nice, a converter residence. Staff was great. Definitely had a touristy feel

It's good, not the same as home in New York but very good , they messed up our entire order the first time but i called and went back today , a few weeks later and they remade it for us the right way for free! If your a pastrami lover like I am I would definitely recommend them!!

Very good but definitely not the same as the Katz's we know. Couldn't get a 1/2 lb of Corn beef because " the girl that slices it doesn't come in until 12.
Smh, so if you want corn beef get there right before 2pm. That's when the train arrives.

Disappointing… ordered pancakes Nothing came with it for nine dollars they were small in size at that!
Paid $28 for One order of pancakes and one sandwich.

Pretty good Reuben for Appalachia. They certainly have the New York price scale.

Passing through with the family on a rafting trip in GA, and stopped for Breakfast... had the Western Omelette and it was the Best Omelette I have ever had!! I am 60 so i’ve Had a few... Normally the omelette’s are huge, over stuffed and the eggs are tough.. NOT here..! The Eggs were soft and very tasty, perfect amount of cheese, fresh tasty veggies and the ham was spot on! Very Very Pleased and So Happy I stopped in..! Don’t let the small place detour you, it’s the small ones who produce BIG Results! Employees were very pleasant and accommodating, and the cook was very modest about her creation, but appreciative for the complement. I am missing this place already and if I get even close to the area again, I will be sure to make it back to Katz..! Bravo ❤️

First visit. Ordered the Reuben. It was not good - corn beef sliced too thick, too fatty and too tough. However I have to take my hat off to the owner, Mrs. Katz, who came out and said that she always wants her customers to leave happy and brought me a pastrami Reuben which was delicious

What a great lunch! We had just tubed the Toccoa and needed some food. We had a picky eater and he was satisfied with the bagel selections but we sure did enjoy the Rachel and the Reuben. Will be coming back!

We had a large party of 9 today at 11am. We all ordered different coffees, teas and hot chocolate and every single one was delicious. Some ordered breakfast like lox and bagels, eggs, toast. We also ordered chicken salad, and the knishes. All of our food was cooked well and very appetizing. The knishes were super light on the outside and had a delicious potato filling.
Every person that works there is super nice and it was great to meet Dr. and Mrs. Katz. They really have made this place special. The decor is beautiful and we love the items for sale. Cheesecake, cupcakes and desserts are fabulous too.
I can’t wait to return to try their Reuben, which by judging in reviews is the best in the south.
Plenty of room inside and out for dining and a really friendly atomsphere. Food has quality and service is fast and it’s a must stop in your travels.

Great breakfast! If you are vacationing in the area, grab breakfast on your way out of town here. Also a good place during your layover on the train.
