Quite a few things wrong with this establishment. I brought my own cup to save a cup (yes, even carrying it around the airport), and they wouldn't use it. I get cross contamination, but... Wash your hands? My cup shouldn't be touching anything behind the counter. Then, I asked for a splash of a non dairy milk. "That'll be .70¢"... Really? For a splash. Don't get me wrong, I'll pay the extra money when I'm getting a latte, but literally, a splash? But, topping on the cake, the baristas referring to me as "that lady" with me standing right there while one was asking what "that lady's" problem was. Coffee isn't good enough to have that low of a level of service. To the business in general, please look up sustainabily and the growth of the non dairy milk industry. Help us allergy folks out!

Love the Coffee Bean!! Way better than Starbucks in my opinion. I miss having them everywhere like they are in the West Coast. Very flavorable drinks.

Very bad service, Employees nasty attitude after being asked about, why I had to pay with my credit card when I wanted to pay with cash. The employee stated, she had no authority when it comes to the use of the cash register. Meanwhile she is rolling her eyes, bothered that I simply ask why. At no time was I rude to them.

I visited this location for the first time ever while waiting for a connecting flight. I was greeted by Alessia. She recommend that I try my blueberry muffin warmed. It was delicious. My drink was perfect. There were probably 6 or seven people in line. Alessia was cordial and friendly to everyone. Her colleague eventually joined her at the register but Alessia insisted on finishing the orders she had started. I just wanted to publicly acknowledge Beautiful Alessia she is an awesome young lady and will go far in life if she keeps this winning attitude.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. I visited the location on D concourse around730 AM on March 13, 2919. The barista was rude and not helpful to this first time customer. The processing of orders was also very inefficient. My order was also subpar. I will never give this company my money again.

The two ladies who work here were not friendly at all. I asked them (and handed them) a Splenda and asked them to add it to my cappuccino before the milk was added so it mixes. She told me sorry only self serve. When you are paying 5$ for a coffee you expect better service!!!

I can absolutely believe these reviews. The employee saw me browsing the selections. Did not acknowledge me and walked through the back door and stayed. I stood there for 5 minutes then I walked off. I went down the hall to Harvest & Grounds where there was a line and I recieved quick service from a server named Latoya.

6:30am had to spend the night in the airport, so when I saw they were finally open I stood in front of the register for several minutes. The young lady saw me made eye contact then just walked away never asking my order . Complete rudeness!!!!! I will find coffee somewhere else
