The Coffee Bean

The woman working the counter is a machine!! She sees every customer, works the register, knows the prices off the top of her head and still delivers a good cup. Very impressive. She’s not there to make conversation...she’s on a mission to crank out as much as she can efficiently. I feel lucky to have stopped here.

Extremely rude, young lady with glasses turned several people away & told us that they close according to traffic flow of passengers. Terrible customer service. Please hire new people!!!!

Slow service, expensive, and extremely burnt coffee. Just stay away

My wife wanted something without caffeine, The Malibu dream is one of those options. As the barista was making it, we saw it is literally a "Naked" that they blend with ice and add whipped cream and charge $5.00. How about advertising that? If I knew that's all it was, I wouldn't have paid $5 for it.

The coffee was fine but there were roaches crawling around the back wall with the coffee machines. So that was kind of gross.

Genuinely the most unenjoyable experience. The barista was extremely rude and aggressive. Both employees were disrespectful. And my coffee was horrible. Whoever was working the morning shift on April 19th needs to be fired.

Unfortunately they forgot to give me my coffee!

The barista was very unconcerned about everything. When asked a question she rolled her eyes, spoke too low and didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. Three people to include myself walked off without ordering. If you didn’t make a lot of sales today, she is the reason. 🤷🏽‍♀️
