The one that was making the coffee was doing amazing keeping up with orders and the high tempo. The one working the cashier was Horrible!!!! He was extremely slow, overwhelmed, he clearly did not want to be there. Will not be stopping by to this coffee shop , I would much rather go to a different terminal and hustle back to get my flight . Stay away from the one in Terminal D.

Ridiculous wait time, out of almost everything at 0830, and I had to wait an extra 15 min for a manager because the "barista" had no clue how to make a latte.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I see why there was no line at this particular cafe. Worker behind the cash register act as if we were interrupting her evening. When asked for a tea she said pick a flavor (which is NOT listed on a menu, but on a small jars on the shelf behind the counter) she had a horrible attitude and didn’t even bother to read them when my husband said he couldn’t see it. I asked if she was tired because she was being rude and lacked customer service. She didn’t say anything. I will be call corporate Monday when they open. The tea was nasty and the cinnamon bun I ordered was heated too much (I think she did it intentionally) so it was hard and the lemonade I purchased seal wasn’t completely in tact. We were getting ready to board our flight so we didn’t notice until we got on the plane. The cashier needs to find something else to do yo make money.

Make sure that they actually serve anything before you line up. Stood in line for 10 mins only to learn that all they served was tea and brewed coffee.

Since I was starving as it was it left me with no options before my flight.

To store: It would be a great improvement if there was a sign signaling that your business is out of essentially everything on the menu so people can find other options given your store is in a time-sensitive setting it’s even more important to communicate efficiently.

I would recommend it. Extremely fast service, to the point of feeling rushed. Muffins and bananas were great. The Vermont Maple flavored Modern Oats were not as great.

Amazingly quick and efficient! And no line. The breakfast sandwich and coffee were perfectly decent.

Well, don't show up 20 minutes before closing. Unless you want cold coffee and attitude. Sorry but offering to microwave my $4 cup of coffee is not cool.

Suppose to open at 6 am. Lady was very rude to people waiting in line at 6:30 saying she doesn’t open until 6 and here it is 6:05 and she still is nowhere to be found. If you are in hurry don’t stop here.

The slowest service. If you’re in a hurry to catch a flight, don’t stop here. Latte milk was also burnt.
