They made my tea latte completely wrong! My husband told the guy how to make it and yet it was still made wrong. He forgot the powder. The key ingredient!!!! We paid too much for tea and milk. Horrible.

I wanted to grab a bite to eat prison to my flight this am. This and Bojangles were my closest options. I can eat Bojangles any time so I opted to try this spot.
Admittedly, the wait was long. There was only 1 staff taking orders, and making food and drinks. What I have come to realize is that this is our new normal. Due to the pandemic it appears that it is difficult to obtain and more importantly retain quality employees. As such, I don’t fault a business for slow service when it is clear they they are understaffed.
It took me about 20 minutes to make it to the front and the line was not that long. However, I get it, it was a 1 woman show! I. Ordered the Turkey, egg and cheese croissant and a matcha latte with almond milk. The two items came up to about $14- again, expect to may more in an airport for food and drinks.
The staff was very pleasant and did a great job of getting my items to me quickly. Her process is take order, drop food, make drink, complete order. Each person gets her undivided attention as it relates to their order.
I honestly don’t know why this spot has such a low rating. My sandwich was good and my drink is one of the best matcha lattes I have ever had.

Very rigid order screen system can't handle specials. Person at the counter was not well trained . Ordered a decaf Americano with 5 shots. Got the basic because the order was not processed properly by the server. Caught a LOT of attitude from the barista when I asked about my extra shots. She had a thick Jamaican accent and simply answered the I said I paid for the shots bluntly"No you did not!!" I mean just like that. Wait til you board to get coffee free these people are understaffed , incompetent and just plain RUDE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I’ve never seen anyone hate their job more and have less intrinsic motivation than the person who just served me. That seriously made me hate buying coffee. Whoever her manager is- please help her out and fire her to put her out of her misery. And please make sure she never goes near the customer service profession again.

I just asked for a cherry blossom with almond milk. The young girl mentioned to her co-worker she was clocking out. Thus was Terminal A on Saturday August 17 at 9pm. She made my drink half ***ed. It was not done well. Going to Coffee Bean website and place a complaint. I shouldn't have to go to Terminal T to get it rectified.

3 people got their order before me . When I asked about my order, it was never put in the oven to cook. No communication with customers, too busy gossiping with each other, paying g no attention to customers. My order took over 10 minutes to get tomato &spinach panini, and mint tea.

I know that this little coffee shop has a lot of bad reviews and I’m sure rightfully so. After reading such I watched the interactions from my gate for roughly 30mins before standing in line to order. I will say that what I witnessed today and my experience was totally different. Davonna was working alone this morning but didn’t miss a beat! She greeted each and every customer, asked them to step to the other side if they ordered coffee, and thanked every customer. This is what great customer service is about and I’m thankful to be able to write a positive review!!

I know no one reads reviews of an airport coffee shop but I warn you.. check your receipts. I purposely ordered the cheapest item on the menu.. smallest size of an iced coffee listed as under 4 bucks. I paid. Checked my receipt at the terminal and... the total was $6.63 and the item on the receipt was correct. So either the menu pricing is wrong or something else is going on but yikes..

I tried ordering an iced coffee and was told they didn’t have that because they were closing. When I asked what they did have I was told the only thing I could order was hot coffee. As I walked away empty-handed, I noticed the time was 9:19 pm and they weren’t closing for another 40 mins ???

Absolutely awful experience, the lady making the coffee was very rude and bossy towards customers. She would slam her hand on the counter and yell absolutely no cash card only. The worst experience I have had at a coffee shop. The coffee taste burnt and old. How do they stay in business?
