I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying this really bad cappuccino. I think the beans may have been more heavily roasted than Starbucks. And, as is typical way too much liquid milk and not enough foam.

Waited in line for 10-15 minutes to be told that they are only serving coffee and it was due to staffing. Maybe you should update your menu ... My purchase would have been 5x the price of a coffee. There loss of revenue and a patron. But the staff did not care ...

I ordered a hot tea. They gave me iced tea, and then acted like it was my fault they got the order wrong by loudly proclaiming “she wants a hot tea now”. Nope, I just wanted what I initially ordered. And then they still gave me the wrong type of tea. Truly terrible service.

OMG I read all the reviews here and noticed I wasn't the only customer who was charged for 11 times so far for this scammer company after I bought coffee. Can we report this company to the airport or some other authority to stop them from stealing money from so many customers?

Unfortunately there was nothing spectacular here. However, the coffee is better than the major chain that tends to be in airports. Neither of the baristas were very friendly and the one making the coffee drinks seemed a little harsh and rather than asking customers to move, it was more of a demand. It is an okay place and I will probably be back.

They are listed as closing at 10pm. I went to the location in terminal D for a green tea frappe at 9pm... The employee states that the blender is down.. so I come to this location in terminal T... This employee states we don't have those right now... They don't close for 45 minutes? You don't have them or you are so lazy that you don't want to clean a blender? I don't understand how these locations are managed.... Corporate needs to come secret shop the employees I mean look at the ratings!!!

RUDE cashier with clearly no ability to deal with humans. I told her I wanted a regular hot mocha. She rang up a large blended mocha. I had to correct her every step of the way, at 7am with no sleep.
Barista refused to answer a man who asked for skim milk 4 times before she bothered to respond. She was very rude and dismissive.
These girls act an awful lot like they hate their jobs.
Only reason for 2* is because this mocha is tasty.
