The Coffee Bean

I’ve been to this specific location more than once and every time it isn’t open. This time, it was supposed to be open at 5:30. When we arrived at 5:45, the employee was talking to one of her coworkers next door, the gate was down and the lights were off. She finally walked over to start opening and after a few minutes I asked her if she knew about how long it would be (we had to board soon). She kept her back turned to me and muttered “uh-uh”. I then asked if she could possible give me an estimate. “At least fifteen minutes”. Irritated due to the fact that it was already nearly 30 minutes after the posted opening time and that we had to be at our terminal soon, we decided to leave. The woman working this morning was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wish I had a better experience because I love the coffee bean.

I gave them 3 stars because they're in the airport and it was about 8 o'clock in the morning while I was there, and they were not open. It seems to me that a coffee store would be open with all those people at the airport looking for coffee, early in the morning. It was crazy. People were looking for coffee, and would come up to the counter to a closed business. I boarded my pla ne at 10:05, and the still were not open. So i enjoyed a cheaper cup of coffee, while in flight...lol. I recommend that they open early to cater to the early flights. GREAT WAY TO INCREASE REVENUE....Just saying!

Regular gas station coffie and they didn't even give me my bagel I ordered

I’ve always loved The Coffee Bean significantly more than other coffee chains, but this one wasn’t so great. Aside from being overpriced because of being in an airport, the service was very poor and halfhearted.

My wife and I were there today on a layover. The 2 ladies working behind the counter were amazing. Supper friendly, great big huge smiling faces, really made a stressful situation at the airport great. Both of those ladies should get huge respect from the company they work for.

Not a great visit. It was about 7 in the morning, I was flying out of T concourse and saw the coffee shop. There where 5 people already in line , I noticed only 1 person behind the counter ringing people up and then had to go make the drinks. This made the line move very slow. The lady who was doing the work wasnt very pleasant. If you gonna stop here make sure you have time.

The service today was awful. I used to recommend this place to anyone flying though Atlanta because I LOVE their Black Forest blended coffee and have been ordering it for years. The lady working today was rude and had a total lack of good costumer service. They were out of a main ingredient for the Black Forest drink and their blender was broken today. Very disappointing.

They disappear in the back during open hours

This is serious. This place charged us $180 dollars for 2 coffees over 10 delinquent transactions after we left the establishment. Placed a report today. Do not buy anything here.

They get one star simply because they were open. I ordered a iced coffee they told me that they couldn't make me one because they were out of cups for cold drinks. I explained that I didn't care what kind of cup it was in. She replied by asking me if I wanted hot coffee instead. I chose not to purchase anything. I frequently travel thru the Atlanta airport...I will never purchase anything from them again. When hiring employees you should choose someone competitent enough to decide to simply use a different cup.
