Two ladies at the store were rude and had horrible customer service experience because of them. Then when I got the cup of coffee it tasted like the inside of a plastic pool float.

Simply tasty. Don't know why others had a problem; line was short, and I had a nice blended coffee with dark chocolate. Came out quick, watched them make it. Tasted good and had a good price tag on it too, lasting me a good while before I had to wait for it to melt.
Quick service, delicious coffee, punctual place. Although I dont suggest going for the food; I didn't order it but it all looked like microwave stuff. Stick to what they are supposed to be; their tea and coffee!

I would give zero stars if I could. 230pm on a Monday and they are closed. Inside the Atlanta airport Atlanta airport authority should revoke their consession license. And please don't blame this on covid.

I would give 0 star if I could, baristas had really bad attitude, looks like they hate their job so much.The latte was extremely hot I couldn’t even sip on it so I asked for an ice cube and she just put a cop full of ice once I tried the latte omg worse latte in my life, it shouldn’t even be called a latte.I rester Ed it and she didn’t even bother to apologize or offer to remake it or give me a refund. Would not recommend this place.

Davonna did a wonderful job as the only barista with a 30 minute-wait, no-end-in-sight line. She made sure to ask each and every person how they were and tell them good morning, she multi-tasked like it was nothing, and I had my order within minutes of placing it. I used to love this place but today it took over 20 minutes to even get to the counter and there were only a handful of people in line. Tiarra Town was so focused on chit chatting about boyfriends to another airport employee that she was ignoring anyone waiting to order, and the coffee itself.
Slowest and rudest serviced ever received at this location.

Stopped into Concourse D and two girls working never greeted us, but were complaining about previous customer. We placed our order and they were very short and curt. While we waited, another lady came in and asked for info on drinks. The girl making ours was very rude to her, telling her to just get coffee with cream and "make it easy for everybody".
Who hires and keeps employees like this?!? How many rude comments does it take before change is made? How about some customer service training???

I just stopped here around 9AM this morning, Friday, November 27, 2015. Bagel and latte were fresh, very good. However, the rudeness of the person taking my order over-shadowed that for me. Wasn't crowded; only one person behind me who came in after I placed my order. Completely unnecessary. No latte and bagel worth that to me. I am certain I'm not the only person travelling through who wasn't familiar with the menu. Certainly won't stop there if I'm passing through again.
