You don't need a coffee this badly. Avoid this spot. Staff is consistently rude and will try to belittle you when you ask anything about the menu. Little brains working here. I don't like to be rude but these people will really disrespect you when all you're trying to do is get a coffee.

It’s been giving this place chance after chance on A concourse. I come here at least3 times a week I get the same beverage every time, and every time I’m one of the first ones to order and always the last one to get it. When I do receive it’s ten minutes later and wrong. I work on A concourse and rather go to D concourse they always get it right and their lids are way better.

DONT GO HERE!!! They’re so so extremely rude and impatient - worst customer service ever & then they don’t even make you the correct coffee.

What a horrible experience. I came here with my daughter on 12/03/22 @7am. Our flight got canceled the night prior so we were very tired and had food vouchers ( complimentary from Delta) We asked the cashier if we can use the voucher and she rolled her eyes and said “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t” (with a nasty attitude) I asked if we can try it. She was very bothered by this and just shrugged her shoulders. When we tried and it didn’t work, she got really upset and said to me with a loud tone “so you’re not gonna take it?” I said “no, what’s with the attitude?” She didn’t respond and asked for the next customer. Point is this person looks like she hates her job and she shouldn’t be there.

I passed two other coffee places on the way to my gate and decided to get coffee closer to my gate in case the line took too long. I regret it. They charged me for hazelnut and almond milk, which was fine, but it would have been nice to get the hazelnut. $6 for a hot cup of coffee I could’ve gotten on the plane. Save your money or go to Einstein.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Atlanta Airport Concourse D Mr. Sanchez Canty provided the best service. He is an excellent waiter.

Service was fast since there were no other customers in line at the time. The Chai Tea Latte was overly sweet and the lady making the drinks wasn't responsive when I thanked her.

Poor customer service. Attitude. Not able to speak correct English. Upset about the job they do. I was in shock to be talked to in such a manner. I feel if the employee doesn't like there job, maybe they should seek other ventures. Wanted to try this place waiting on my flight. Now I suggest not a place to go to if you want good service. You can always see who just wants a check. And that was these ladies. Gave one ⭐ only cause I couldn't give them a negative. Maybe training is needed on how to deal with paying customers, even before you open.

Random female airport worker was behind the counter acting very unprofessional. Apparently just using the microwave to make her breakfast. Only able to make regular coffee at 7:30am. The guy that actually worked there barely spoke and was quiet and unprofessional. He seemed extremely tired and not caring about any customer. When I asked for a breakfast sausage sandwich, he made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him. When it was ready, he threw it in a bag and it feel apart. Hardly going for appearance or presentation. Not worth the 10 bucks for a regular coffee and an ok breakfast sandwich.

Spoiled products. I'm glad i was non revving and not working a flight bc I would've had to call out. That's how bad my stomach was hurtling
