5 stars for customer service & good coffee. Thank you Trevor & Riley for great accommodations. i didn’t like my meal & they did their best to resolve the issue.

Food is good, coffee is kinda watery but fine. The SERVICE, however, has been TRASH last few times I've gone. It hasn't always been terrible, just lately.
The place has a great menu and atmosphere but I wouldn't go back again after the last few experiences.
I don't write reviews unless I'm really impressed or really displeased. It's a shame because the place has great potential.

We came to this spot because of the huge menu and options that appeared there would be something for everyone. First of all I noticed immediately the dirty tables, several, in fact, almost all tables had trash from previous guests left on them. Second, they were out of all sides (potato and macaroni salad) at 1pm on a Wednesday. Not to mention no soup or corned beef for the Ruben I ordered. They did offer turkey instead. Third, my bread for my turkey ruben sandwich had mold on it. Finally the employees were very distracted on their phones. I would not recommend. Sorry.

I was in here a few days ago. The coffee was good and the ambiance was nice. It’s a great place to get some work done away from the hustle and bustle of Waterford lakes.

That said, I paid $8 and a tip for the French toast and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I seriously felt like I was scammed or robbed at gunpoint. I am still thinking about the French toast days later wondering why.

The portion was WAY too small, three thin slices. The entire thing was mushy, served on paper plates with plastic cutlery (which might just be a coronavirus precaution). I felt like someone googled how to make French toast for the first time right before my order.

Anyways I’m so disappointed I spent $8 on this thing. If you go, skip the food and stick tot the coffee. I used to go all the time back in the Boston coffee house days but now I’m not so sure.

PERFECT!! My husband orders from here all the time and I’ve had it 3 times now and their SO CONSISTENT with the service and the food is so good. Their bagels are always soft and the coffee is amazing.

I’ve ordered here a few times through uber eats and everything has always tasted great. My first time I here was to study and snack with a friend. The ambience was great and the servers were friendly. I usually get the veggie egg white wrap and some sort of coffee.

A fruit salad was forgotten on my last order but they did place all items into one container as requested to reduce waste. The wait is also a bit longer when I’ve been inside, but nothing too terrible.

I would come here more often if the calories were listed on the menu; I’m an avid calorie tracker and frequent places that have lower calorie options. I think the veggie egg wrap is a safe bet, but you never really know until you see the ingredients (or calories!)

My new favorite diner for breakfast. Their wraps are HUGE- definitely full after just one. Also it's not on the menu, but they will do steamers if you ask which is nice. Their latte flavors are done really well and they have good service. Only downside is the sauerkraut in the Reuben was sweet- not pickled like the traditional one would be.

I will never go back to this place again. We should have just gone to Denny’s. It would have been better. We sat down and waited almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us or brought us menus. After our server finally took our order and told us she would be back with waters didn’t come back for 10 more minutes, not with water but to tell me they were out of French toast. After asking me what I even ordered because she forgot. Meanwhile I’m watching my boyfriend’s and our friends food already sitting in the window. 15 minutes later after watching our server standing at the counter talking and making eye contact with me several times finally brought us our coffees and water. The coffee tasted like absolutely nothing but coffee and creamer when it was supposed to be caramel ,chocolate and coconut. We finally got our food and it was cold and terrible. I could’ve made a better breakfast at home. She also forgot all 3 of our hash browns and finally brought them out (they were soggy and we didn’t even eat them) when I was asking for the check to leave because we were over it. She also didn’t even bother to ask if any of us were on a check together and gave all of us separate checks. We were there for at least an hour and a half and only had food and drinks for maybe 30 minutes of it. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending it to friends.

The staff were friendly, but the cafe itself was a bit dusty and the food was average. The avocado toast was okay, kind of what you'd expect with an avocado toast but the French toast was not good at all. I tried some with their mocha cream topping and I couldn't eat more than a bite or two. I'd probably try the place for it's coffee or sandwiches but not the breakfast food.

We went there pretty close to their closing time and the entire staff was still incredibly accommodating and kind. I ordered the Chipotle sandwich and a raspberry pastry. The pastry not only looked gorgeous but was decadent and everything about it was spot on. The sandwich was hot which reminds of comfort home food. I would highly recommend, its an amazing place with great food and pastries and fantastic staff.
