Coffee Factory & Cafe (now Paris Bakeshop & Cafe)

Coffee was good. Customer service was good. But the employees for sure looked very overworked and underpaid. I did notice the sign that said part-time cook and part-time barista, which to me screams the owners aren't paying their employees enough.

Sandwiches were great! I got the bagel with egg cheese and bacon and couldnt finish the other half it was so big. Very good too! The tea was very murky and off but the server was great and brought water instead, he was very kind and helpful.
On the other hand what turned us off was the cook with long hair not wearing a hair net, and wearing a sleeveless shirt-not very hygienic/safe for food preparation. Because of that we probably wont return for food but maybe for coffee!

The restaurant looks nice but I was not impressed with the watery coffee or the food. Employees need some enthusiasm and should help with recommendations. The wrap was mainly full of egg, the bacon was a ghost and the rest of the ingredients dissolved. It was pricey for the quality. The presentation was not even impressive.

Wow, I really liked the food at this place! I liked it better than IHOP or First Watch!!! My waffles were the best I have ever had! The coffee was hot and fresh! There was 4 of us in our party and we all ordered different items and we were all happy! The atmosphere was upbeat and pleasant and the servers were very attentive. I will be back and I know my friends will be, too.

Their coffee is amazing. They have many different flavors to choose from. I've also enjoyed their food. I want to point out that when my husband was overseas 2 years ago, he donated coffee to the troops.

Enjoyed a great breakfast sandwich, some awesome coffee, and the service was great! I wished that there was some more seasoning in the egg - or even some extra kept out for diners. Will definitely try again.

Visited this place on December 29th their staff is not required to wear masks even if they're assembling your food. Nice place but because of their requirements of no Masks I'm not interested in going. Some protection is better than no protection.

Nice place to drink hot chocolate (me), or interesting coffee drinks with a sandwich, pretzels, bagels and more.

This is like the tenth time I've been there and I enjoy the place especially after dark.

It's is more of a college spot, college students frequent the place.

I enjoy taking the family when I visit my daughter, they have a nice place, good atmosphere and service. Like I said I go after dark so I don't know how it is during early hours.

My first time here and I was pretty impressed. The waitress Nia was all smiles. She was super sweet. The food was pretty good. I had the veggie wrap on a pretzel bun though. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because most of the tables needed to be wiped down. I will be back though!

Food was just ok, service was slow. Place was empty but food took way to long to come out. Alot of coffee flavors but for the price and slow service there are better options out there.
