Such delightful food at great prices! Our hosts this morning were warm and welcoming. I got the blended Creme Brulee latte, and it was to die for.

I loved this place back in the day, several years ago, and was sad to see it slowly decline in quality over time. However, since new management took over, I love it more than ever before!! The new owners are incredibly nice, the service is great, and the pastries are to die for. I've never tasted a pastry that good. I'm very excited to come back and keep coming back.

Food is decent, but the friendly customer service is lacking. It seems the owner and employees don’t care about the business, so sad. At the moment their their website is down, it seems they could care less. It looks like they lost their domain name.

DO NOT EXPECT GOOD COFFEE. We came for breakfast and especially for a coffee, as we expected that Coffee Factory should have a good coffee. Huge mistake. Coffee was absolutelly terrible. We also took "2 egg & cheese" for breakfast which were okay, but coffee made this experience really bad. I can not even describe it, cappuccino tasted like some water with milk and a bit of coffee flavour. We were asked if we will stay or if we want take away. We said we will stay. Despite that, we got all the drinks in disgusting plastic cups, even though they had nice ceramic cups right next to the coffee machine. Probably its easier to throw everything away and make plenty of unnecessary waste than to clean the cup and use it again. This made our coffee experience even worse. Can not recommend this place at all 😔

Cute corner cafe , decor is very nice. Food was good .. I personally don’t like the foam cups for drinks.. the presentation looks a bit tacky , I prefer a real mug for my coffee. The coffee was very good. Wish the business well.

Pastry and lemon loaf were so hard and dry that you could not eat them. The 2 people working were busy standing around and talking that they forgot to make our crepe as we sat waiting for too long. It was not an authentic tasting crepe, even though we were told the owners are French.
The coffee was ok, not hot, just luke warm. I know that it just took over the original coffee place, so maybe it will improve. But so far, the food offerings are bland and dry. The place had only one table of 4 young people and another with just 1 person other than the 2 of us. It was not like the picture shown on Google with a full house. That photo is from the previous coffee place. Parking is hard to find in this small shopping center. I'd pass for another place in Waterford for now.

First time I came here a few months ago, it was a 5 star experience. Now the restaurant has changed to “Paris Bakeshop”, before the change I pay around 35$ for high quality and large portion food, now I pay around 35$ for incredibly simple and average food (These meals could be served in a cafeteria). The only thing worth your money here is the awesome coffee selection and potentially the pastries. DISCLAIMER: the 35$ price is referring to food for 2 people, a shared coffee, and a shared pastry. I am leaving 35$ poorer and just as hungry as before.

It was OK. Found the prices a bit high compared to others coffee spots which offer the same. The offeres at the other locations have a more unique look especially the designs during the holidays. CF&C only have foam cups with a sticker that is very bland. However, location and seating was very nice and the hot chocolate was very tasteful even though it was powdered.
They offer a mix of edible items from sandwiches and parties to go along with your drink.

I’ve recently moved but come back every now and then to visit family. I remember it used to be Boston Coffeehouse and then Coffee Factory, and now it’s Paris Bakeshop. They still have a variety of different latte flavors which you can get hot, iced, or blended. I went with the Turtle Macchiato which is my go to drink here, but it wasn’t as strong as I remembered. I ordered a $10 turkey BLT wrap but the portion size was smaller than I expected for the price.
The atmosphere is still great and I was able to read and focus on some work. The service wasn’t slow and the staff was wonderful and friendly.

Been going here for awhile and got our normal coffee order. It usually takes a few minutes to get our order and it is always great. This time the person was literally done by the time I finished paying for my order and the quality was horrible!! Called to let them know and received a really rude response! Really miss the old Ownership! Updating my review seeing that the new owner did respond and refunded my purchase. We will give them another chance and hope they will make the necessary changes!
