Coffee Factory & Cafe (now Paris Bakeshop & Cafe)

First time visiting this place. Awesome service. Coffee was really good. I enjoyed their egg salad on a bagel. Crunchy onions and a crisp hash brown patty came with it. My husband really liked their Southwest wrap. It had onions mushrooms a hash brown patty and scrambled eggs. All very tasty. You get your money's worth in food and service. Try them and you'll keep going back to try their other menu options. They also have waffles and French toast along with other sandwich choices. You can choose coffee teas or hot chocolate drinks. Cold drinks available too. Don't miss out on this gem.

First time we ordered from here our "big ordered " was canceled without a call or email that it was canceled. Our big was was an order for 4 people. Went to go pick up to be told they had to cancel it. When asked why, they said they just couldnt make it. Asked if we can place an order in store and was told yes so had to wait over 30 mins for our "big order" in an empty store. Seems like they didn't WANT to do it. Place another big order 2 weeks later and got so much attitude for it. First thing i said wheb i walked in was... hello i have a big order. Clearly, the people here hate to work but they are really tearing this place down. We diffently will be taking our too big to manage orders else where for the mediocre food. Oh, and their attitude cost them a tip (even tho it was take out) and guess what happened .... more attitude and eye rolls.

The place was cute but was kind of weird? Wasn't really greeted when looked at when I came in. I was standing ready to order, which took a bit while the workers were talking/working among themselves. I ordered an iced coffee with a little of half and half. I tried it after getting to the car but it wasn't good. Far more half and half than requested and the coffee had an "old" taste. Wasn't a fan.

I went with my friend for breakfast and to study. The waffle took an hour to come and was not great. My friend's bagel came first and she was finished way before my meal came out. The young woman (with half blonde half brunette hair) took her tray for her. Therefore, I assumed they bussed the tables for you. I'm halfway to the door when the girl says to me, "There's a trash up front that you can put your tray up." I'm so in shock at her response that I ask her to repeat it and she adds a "if you don't mind". I put my tray up but I will never be going again. I've worked in customer service and food service. I would be fired if I acted like this.

I do not return to this place, bad customer service, I was about to order something to eat when they served me coffee. all dirty, disgusting cup, it is as if I was served coffee from someone who had already begun to drink, I returned the coffee and did not ask for anything else, they charged me the coffee, $ 5 in the trash.

Very nice, alot of variety coffee and flavors, good customer service very helpful. definitely I'll come back.

Awesome latte, tea and sandwiches! The services is awesome! It's great place for studying and meeting.

Excited to try this place, but unfortunately our drinks were not great. The espresso shots were very watery and they use more water than milk for lattes. Also the coffee beans taste very burnt and ashy. Will wait awhile before trying this place again. I will say the staff were very helpful and nice.

STAY AWAY. Like other review said, servers were off empty cafe. We walked said Good Morning happily no response or acknowledgement. 2nd time girl walked by passed right in front just at us, then continued making coffee for other 1 lady in shop who was using the internet. Dont think it was a race thing, both servers 1 white guy 1 white server. lacked personality or care. Heard this placed changed management so was prob better before.
