Coffee Factory & Cafe (now Paris Bakeshop & Cafe)

It's a corner place with lots of windows. Cute decor too. Definitely, a local hang place. I didn't have time to get anything to eat but the menu looks good.
I ordered the 16oz Toasted Coconut coffee under the Specialty Latte section.
16oz = 2 shots espresso
24oz coffee = 3 shots of espresso
32 oz = 4 shots of espresso
The flavor was really good. I just assumed it would be a latte and not a cappuccino. 1/3 of my cup was foam. The line on my cup is where the coffee began.
For some, that would be great. For me, it's why I order lattes.
Next time I try a new place, I need to ask how the drink is made first. 🙃

I’m someone who loves to try a new coffee shop/cafe and this has been the worst coffee shop I’ve experienced by far. I passed this little spot on my way home and thought to try it. Immediately when I walked in I loved the decor but the energy I felt in that place when I walked in was terrible. No one at the front greets you when you walk in.. the girl at the register looks like she hates her job. Every single person in there looked miserable.. it was so dark that it literally felt like they may not even be open. I ordered an avocado toast thinking this is an item that can’t be ruined.. but clearly I was wrong. They basically gave me a sandwich with light avocado and spinach and tomatoes thrown on top. The most bland avocado toast I’ve ever had.. the bread was not even toasted at all. I don’t even know why they would be proud to serve something like this and charge $8 for it. I had to come home and add to it just because I don’t like to waste food! I get that small businesses may be struggling still but between the customer service and this food they might as well close the shop. I didn’t even have the energy to go back inside to ask for my money back because that place was so depressing I didn’t even want to use my energy on people who clearly don’t care. Avoid the disappointment and go to Starbucks instead!

Great little place to have coffee and breakfast. I got a cappuccino and a waffle w/chocolate chips & whipped cream. Husband got a chicken wrap with a Dr Pepper. Everything was great! Definitely recommend this place.

very cute place. friendly and kind staff, happy to answer your questions. Very laidback. I got the waffles with strawberries and cream, super delicious! And one of the raspberry coffees i don’t remember which one but it was so good!! Not overpowering or too sweet :) Will definitely be back!

EGG SALAD CROISSANT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE‼️‼️It was light, flaky, and delicious. The toast in the other picture was good as well I hear! I only give 4 starts because I asked for green tea and they gave me a selection of matcha and "loose leaf". I asked for loose leaf and got a Bigelow tea bag which wasn't very good. They ARE the coffee factory though so if you drink coffee probably get that. VERY GOOD! would be a perfect 5 stars without the tea!

This place is a little tucked away but wow! This place has the most extensive array of coffee choices I’ve ever seen. It’s very nice to be able to have the choice to try new flavors and want to come back here again. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the food was not so great. Very plain, and the cheese used was Kraft singles 🤢 not a good choice. I will commend them that the choice to build a meal is pretty cool though. Coffee was amazing! 10/10z Also the strip itself has some other cool stores as well.

Really nice stop for some nice customized latte’s and coffees! Hidden gem is the UCF Waterford Lakes area! Great spot for a quick morning drink and breakfast, as well as the perfect study spot!

Tried their white mocha and chocolate mocha nut, it was good! Cafe a lot of bakery items too. Place has a nice vibe, staff is friendly and easy to find parking.

My husband and I had breakfast here this morning. I had the nutty knight iced coffee (delicious!) They also have dairy alternatives if you wish. we both got wraps. He had the pesto wrap, it was good but needed a little more flavor in the hash brown. I had the veggie wrap and I really enjoyed it. I also agree I would have like a little more pesto in it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good place. When we are in the area again I will definitely come back.

My husband and I had a bagel egg cheese and bacon. It was delicious, it hit all the spots for a good morning breakfast. We also had cold brew iced coffees. He had a sweet cream one and I had a regular one. We substitute it for almond milk and it was still good. So I can't judge it off of the substitutes. The bathrooms need improvement and a good clean. Overall, really good, nice french music and American music, nice workers and a nice atmosphere for outdoor seating.
