The atmosphere was upbeat and pleasant..sandwich was really so delicious..highly recommended.

got an iced latte and they have a million different flavors to choose from! I got Cinnamon Bun and it was amazing it was sweet but the coffee flavor was still there I loved it and wished I got a bigger size. I also ordered a breakfast wrap, specifically the pesto one and it was so delicious! I will definitely be coming back.

Although the coffee factory has the right equipment (Nuova Simonelli at about $7,155 retail) to make a great cup of cappuchino I think the server was improperly trained on how to steam the milk which was now just espresso and warm milk (forgetting either cinnamon or chocolate powder - one or the other). The French toast was about half the size of what you would expect from your neighborhood iHop restaurant but at twice the price. Not what I expected for an almost $16.00 breakfast that I could have gotten at iHop (Strawberry Banana) for $9.79. Would not recommend.

This was my first time here and a most pleasant experience. The food was amazing with a very different way of serving which was very pleasing. They had so many flavors of coffee it was hard to choose but look at all the choices and you'll find something you really like. The atmosphere was great a well. I highly recommend this establishment!

Extremely rude hostess (Maddie) to answer the phone and advise gluten free options. She had zero knowledge of gluten free options, stated no manager was available and was unwilling to check w/the cook. In fact she stated the cook was unaware of what was gluten free after she faked went to ask lol. Do not trust any of these reviews if you need gluten free!

Hopefully they get better.

Super cute place. Pretty good coffee. Like their muffins. Has wifi. It's really nice when it's not too busy. Seating is a little crowded, so a packed house is a bit uncomfortable and makes some of the tables unuseable.

Other useful info:
Two single stall fairly accessible bathrooms. No changing table.

OMG this place is soooooooo incredibly slow. Unless you can wait an hour for your coffee , do not go there.

I have come to this location multiple times and every time I have ordered food they have gotten it wrong. The first time I ordered a plain bagel and it was so hard that it was difficult to eat. The second time i ordered a bagel toasted with butter on the side I instead received a bagel drowning in cream cheese.

I wanted to love it but the chocolate cake was very dried out and disappointing 🥺
