Yeah, I really wanted to like this place. It was on my list of coffee shops to visit.
Coffee was okay. The presentation they served it was just disappointing.
Breakfast was ok. The service was okay, not really welcoming. I wouldn't come back. The atmosphere is depressing!!

I used to come here all the time with my friends but they’ve recently changed ownership or management because a lot of these looseleaf tea options are gone, they used to have a huge shelf with about 10 to 15 different types of looseleaf tea, now they only have two bagged Bigelow teas that they will sell for three dollars a cup which is quite overpriced. I showed up after they removed all the looseleaf tea‘s and I asked what kind of tea they had, they said they had a looseleaf green tea and when I got it it was it just a Bigelow tea bag which was disappointing. The food was also just lukewarm, not hot. They also got rid of the ceramic mugs that they used to give people for dining in, and they just do Styrofoam cups now which is fine if you want to take your drink to go, but I liked the “at home” feeling of the mugs they used to serve all their drinks in. I previously gave the coffee factory five stars in a rating A few years ago before the pandemic so I feel sad that I have to add a different review with a lesser rating.

The tea was fine, the food okay. I liked the decor and the staff was nice enough. I had the French toast and my kids had waffles.

Did a Google search for coffee near me and ended up here at the coffee factory and cafe. The place is quite clean nice presentation. Breakfast was good but the coffee it tasted like water. I am a coffee lover and it disappointed me. Next time I come to Orlando will stop here again. I always like to visit twice to give every business I reviewed a benefit of the doubt 🧐

This is my first time here. Had the Mediterranean sandwich. It was amazing. It had the perfect amount of pesto and feta cheese. It was a hot afternoon so I opted for the unsweetened tea. Overall a great experience. The place was clean and bright; the staff was really nice.

Cute little coffee shop with free WiFi. French toast was good but pricey- 3 slices of toast with strawberries was over $9 (no eggs, bacon or potatoes).

My Bagel, Cream Cheese & Lox was good. My sugar-free Caramel Cookie Latte was good. The wait was terrible, though. If it wasn’t for Dylan’s customer service and friendly attitude, I would have given less stars. We waited about 45 minutes for our food. We might as well have eaten in, but we were trying to take it to go since I had to be at work. Don’t come here if you have somewhere to go.

My husband got the bagel lox . It was tasty , but badly was put any salmon on . the soda has no refill( they only sell cans) I don’t think it worth the price.

This place is so good. Way better than Starbucks. I have always said if Starbucks had a good competitor, they would have competition, and this place is definitely it. I hope that they grow in business and can start a chain of Coffee Factories everywhere. We have been twice so far and will be going here from now on.
The coffee was very good. I have been looking for an alternative to Starbucks because their coffee is so sweet, even when you try to take away sweeteners. But, now I have finally found my new coffee home. I do have to mention though that the people who work at Starbucks are always very kind, it is a friendly atmosphere, the employees always make it a good place, but their coffee is not that good, and their breakfast sandwiches are awful.
Coffee factory has wonderful coffee and their food goes way above what you would expect. We have had the breakfast sandwiches and they are amazing, so fresh. The only thing I would change though is the cheese. It's like the kraft singles which is not so great, yuck 😝, maybe shredded cheese or something else would be a good switch. But, otherwise their sandwiches are so good. The waffles are also delicious, so good in fact that on our second trip there they were out. We went there specifically for them, for breakfast, so that was a little disappointing, but we just ordered other food that was equally as good. So, maybe knowing how amazing the waffles are, they could have a little more in stock, especially on weekends. 😉 But, again they are very good, so obviously that is why they sold out.
The staff are also so very friendly, very helpful, and accommodating.
We had such a great experienc, clearly I can't say enough, and we obviously love this place. I encourage you to give them a try, you will not be disappointed and you may find your new coffee spot too!!!!! We are definitely part of the Factory now. 😉

Update on the only thing we did not like so much, the square cheese. We went back and they did a different cheese. They had actually run out of the square cheese and used a substitute, which was much better. I mentioned how much better it was and they said you can actually ask for a different cheese than what comes on it. So it is not the only option if you too are not a fan of the square cheese... lol

I’m sitting here waiting for two bagels with cream cheese. We wanted to try other things, coffees, etc., but the girl at the front is unfriendly, seemed annoyed we had questions and didn’t make us feel very welcomed. I can say this will be our first and last time coming to this coffee shop. It’s a shame because we were excited to try a new local spot close to home and the garbage attitude and lack of enthusiasm ruined it.
