Coffee Factory & Cafe (now Paris Bakeshop & Cafe)

My son was so excited to explore next breakfast place to we drive here we ordered coffee which was just watery. And after that he order French toast and I ordered capers r melt which was even worse. And service was too slow and server just slammed the plate on the tabl.

They have such amazing coffee with a huge variety of flavors.
Delicious breakfast and lunch!
Employees are all super friendly and kind.

I have been going to the coffee factory once a week for probably close to a year. However after my experience today I cannot return. I was excited to bring my sister to my favorite coffee place. My sister and I had two different orders of coffee. My sister is deathly allergic to hazelnuts. Luckily we were watching the barista make our drinks because she did not wash or change the spoon she used to stir the coffee. At first I was very nice and just asked which she stirred first (mine had hazelnut). She couldn’t remember so for some reason said she had remake all of the drinks…. I told her she just had to remake my sisters. She then told us that “next time tell me first because this is a waste.” I’m sorry??? Why are you not changing spoons between coffee anyway you’re mixing the syrups and changing the flavors. Since my sister didn’t order hazelnut why would she tell you she’s allergic? After she had remade the drink she let us know the manager is her brother and nothing would happen. I’m pretty sure she gave me a fake number to call her brother. I don’t care that she’s the managers sister she needs to learn proper handling of food and proper customer service. It is not like we just didn’t like the drink, she could have died if we were not watching her make the drink. She was very rude and unprofessional which is the most concerning

Probably a good place to study, not so much to eat. Food is okay at best. Meals are expensive and come with nothing else other than the entree on a huge tray rather than a plate.

I love this place! The servers are friendly, the service for getting food and coffee is fast. They have a nice variety of coffees and breakfast and lunch foods. I come here to study all the time and am never let down.

Very mid. Kinda mad I spent $15 dollars at this place to have the worst avocado toast I’ve ever had. The avocados tasted off and I added egg and it was colder than the weather outside lmao. The girl at the front was super nice and cool though so that’s the only reason I stayed plus she made sure my chai was decent so that’s the only plus I saw. Next time I won’t change up from purple ocean next door 🥲

I wish I wouldve read these reviews before I ordered. The food was definitely microwaved and cold so hard as a rock. I love avocado toast, never had one i didnt like til today. The bread was so soggy and the entire thing was a mess. Thankfully Door dash refunded me. This place needs to stick to coffee.. the frozen coffee was very good.

Excellent service. I’m a long time customer about 10 years. Great coffee and food. Friendly knowledgeable staff! Ok the owner Cody is my nephew! Enjoy seeing my 2 nephews and niece Ashley at work. Yeah I might be biased in their favor, but the place is definitely worth checking out

used to come here quite a bit but doubt I'll be back again. sandwich was good (egg, cheese muffin with bacon). decaf coffee was some of the worst coffee I've ever had. it was like if McDonald's and an old church decided to blend their leftovers. it was so hot in the dining area, i couldn't stop sweating for the 10 minutes i was there trying to get some work done (it's currently 71 degrees outside and felt much cooler when i walked out). staff all seemed fine. place was pretty packed with students working so I'm sure they'll keep just doing what they do. don't think there's any reason for me to return.
